I can't decide who was worse, the officials or Boeheim. I've never seen a guy take so many steps on trap (15 secs left in the game) without the travel call. Terrible. Boeheim, oh Boeheim, you f#@%ing idiot! You don't HAVE to put Cooney back in the game! When he's clearly hurt and can barely run down the court, you put him back in until there's only 2 minutes left in the game. Why!?! He wasn't even a good decoy when he came back in. They couldn't care less about guarding the guy who looked like a 90 year old man half jogging up and down the court! Patterson was actually making shots too. Frustrating. On a side note, SU's cheerleaders are absolute butt. Would I? Of course, every single one. But man are some fugly.

Watching the QB portion of the combine, I've seen the same thing in Mariota that I saw in the National Championship. He looks terrified out there. Maybe it is just his general demeanor, but it is really off-putting. Watching him and Winston stand near each other is crazy because they are polar opposites in that respect.

Aside from his confidence, what part of his mental makeup do you find fault with? His incredible ability to overcome distractions (aka adversity)? The fact that he picks up playbooks with ease? How he already reads the field at an NFL level? I guess those are all red flags for you.

Numerous? Besides the alleged rape and free crab legs, what are you referring to? Don't bother with how he jumped on a table and made a joke that was very popular at the time. Also, how is he not prepared to play in a pro style offense. That's precisely what he played in.

Finally got to watch last night's episode. I loved it! The acting of the dying usurper king was bad as he died, but was easily forgiven because Fimmel's (Ragnar) acting more than compensated. I thought it was great how they briefly went to slow motion when Ragnar made it through the first ranks and he and the usurper met eyes. Ragnar, confident and determined, and the usurper just in awe, and realizing that his end coming. Just a great sequence. I don't mind the Lagertha betrayal angle. Jockeying for power won't ever just stop. As soon as one threat is dealt with, one always pops up. She is sexy as ever too. Floki remains the most oddly likeable character on TV IMO. Skarsgard's acting is impeccable. He plays batsh*t crazy perfectly and is all the funnier for it. One line from the episode really resonated for me. It was in the opening, when Ragnar and Bjorn are overlooking their camps. It perfectly summed up Ragnar's rise while also likely foreshadowing more of what's to come for him. "Power is only given to those who are prepared to lower themselves to pick it up."

Vikings returns this Thursday night. Ragnar Lothbrok's reign begins! I still get chills thinking about the "blood eagle" last season. This, for me, is the best show on TV right now. Can't wait!
