  1. Don't forget Paul Pierce. For all his on court accomplishments, I'll always remember "The Truth" for being "The Fake".
  2. Thanks. I wasn't sure because the article I posted was from only an hour ago and it said that he wasn't currently a suspect, which I took to mean he could be in the future.
  3. I wonder if this will affect La'el Collins stock. It's only a questioning, but still not something he would have wanted to happen leading up to the draft. http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/nfl-shutdown-corner/report--la-el-collins-sought-for-questioning-in-shooting-death-of-pregnant-woman-220103525.html
  4. That's the thing, you CAN see that there is another car in front of the pickup who was going faster than the truck in the right lane but not much faster. You can tell that based on how fast they pass the Honda Fit. Maybe the car in front of the pickup should have gotten over in the right lane between the Fit and the truck that were distanced approximately 50-60 yards apart and going slower than them, but even that's a stretch. As for the the pickup and the guy with the dash cam, you think they should have just known that the drunk a$$hole wanted to get around the guy in front of both of them them more than him? You think they should have slowed down and got in the right lane so that he could drive just as slowly as they were driving behind the car? The Camaro was most likely behind the dash cam car, tried to get in the right lane and speed in hopes of passing the slow car in front of the pickup, and couldn't. So he swerved and almost took out the Camaro. The more I think about it, the less I think the pickup driver is a dick. I'd be pretty mad too if some a$$hole pulled that crap and almost ran me off the road. Prior to the roadblock, there was really nothing he could do.
  5. I'm not saying the pickup driver isn't a dick, but if you watch again, you can see another car not very far in front of the pickup that the Camaro is trying to slide between when there isn't enough space to do it. It doesn't appear that the pickup speeds up and starts to play cop until after the Camaro nearly runs him off of the road by merging into the front right of his truck. The Camaro was trying to force the pickup to slam in his breaks and let him in.
  6. I could see this happening as well. Rex talk him up in the days leading up to the draft, saying how good he looks in the first few days of camp. Then try to trade him for a 4th or 5th. Rex does seem to really like TT per most reports and it would free up a spot for Whaley/Rex to get a rookie they both like. I hope we keep EJ for the competition, but could see a trade happening.
  7. I didn't know it wasn't you until Greggy pointed it out. Welcome back 26!
  8. Fair enough. I will also not attempt to hijack this thread any longer. Go Bills!
  9. Not buying it. I'd be more inclined to believe your explanation above if both times it was about a potential draft pick. Not the case. In that thread, you complained about how people "scoff at the idea of RG3 yet defend EJ." We get it. You don't think EJ will be good and don't like that people want to give him a chance. You still just come off as if you feel slighted because you're brave enough to have the opinion that EJ will never succeed.
  10. Damn. I still have faith in LeBron and Kyrie, but things will definitely be a lot harder without the spacing and all around offensive game Love brings.
  11. Are you going to play this pathetic victim card in every thread related to QB's?
  12. I agree with about White. I think Cooper is much safer, White just has awesome measurables and would be a great pick in the 9-12 range. I just agree with Bandit that his upside and their need to give Bortles a potential game changing option could entice the Jags to take him over a better defensive player or safer WR.
  13. That's a good point. I was just thinking in terms of BPA, but you're right that the Jags could do something like that. I mean, I completely bought into your Raiders pick so why should I think the Jags will be any less crazy.
  14. The biggest surprise to me is Kevin White at 3 and it has nothing to do with White not being a great prospect. I just don't see how the Jaguars could pass on the best player in the draft (Leonard Williams) if he's there. In any case, great work Bandit!
  15. I still think the Cavs will get it done because of LeBron, but losing Love will hurt a lot. Smith being out hurts but I think they'll be able to replace his production easier. Mosgov and Thompson will have to be careful while staying somewhat aggressive on D.
  16. Dbag camaro driver tries to pass a pickup by going on the grass median somewhere on the Thruway near Buffalo and wrecks the pickup and a semi. The guy in the camaro was probably pissed that the pickup boxed him in...or maybe he was listening to the same thing on the radio that the guy with the dash cam was and just couldn't take it anymore.... https://www.yahoo.com/autos/s/road-rage-camaro-hole-wrecks-himself-big-rig-152600490.html
  17. I love the draft. I'll be watching at home with some friends, some beer and some BBQ ribs. I might ditch the friends depending on how good the ribs are smelling.
