  1. His receivers didn't do him any favors on some nice tough throws he made either. I believe there were about 3 or 4 dropped catchable balls.
  2. It's interesting that Manuel is getting reps with the 1's again. It seemed like, going into last game, they'd had it narrowed down to TT and Cassel. Maybe Manuel has climbed back into the discussion a little.
  3. 3-3 with one win being the Minnesota game.
  4. 1-5. Point still stands. Edit: In fairness, it's more of an indictment of the QB's. They averaged 45 attempts in losses. 38 was the lowest attempt total in a loss.
  5. I don't agree with the bolded. The difference between preparing for TT and Cassel is very big. If they've prepared for an immobile QB that just stands in the pocket, they'll find it harder to deal with what TT brings, in addition to all the other weapons.
  6. I certainly hope Rex is willing to take the chance.
  7. You only forgot one thing. No CB can stay with Goodwin without safety help. It really is a QB's dream.
  8. I hope he plays better than he did the other night that's for sure.
  9. This. Though I think even he could get to at least 9 wins with this D and the weapons on O. If Taylor or EJ popped though, we could be looking at greater things.
  10. I thought Rex was high on Hogan as well. I believe I remember reading how impressive Hogan was through OTA's. I know he has had some bad days recently though.
  11. For the opener? Coachspeak or did he just basically say that Hogan is making the team?
  12. In your opinion, did your source seem enthused, skeptical or indifferent about Roman's opinion?
  13. I'm really liking that it sounds like all 3 QB's are stepping their game up. Someone will win by outplaying the others, not just be handed the job because they're the least terrible.
  14. No. I will be very disappointed if Cassel gets the starting job. I don't see him as a safe option. His noodle arm scares the crap out of me. Though I think the team could win in spite of him, I can't see him winning us the occasional game like I can with the other 2.
  15. Don't know why. I never said biased. I implied redundant. This isn't an EJ poll, so it's not redundant.
  16. Any word on Hogan's injury yet? I haven't been able to find any updates.
