  1. I don't care what anybody else says, this D is pretty good probably even very good. Are they getting turnovers? No. But the problem is that the opposing team knows the best way to beat us is play is close to the vest, take some shots, grind the ball b/c our D is on the field for almost twice as long and they are wearing down. Horrible O and very good D turns the D into only a mediocre D. Hopefullly they can turn it arounf these next two weeks to give us some hope.
  2. He has physical talent, no question. Strong arm, very good mobility, and toughness physically. Problem is QBing in the NFL requires good decision making, accuracy, touch passes or just throwing catchable passes, and the ability to see the whole field )open guy) most of the time. Those are the things he has does very poorly on except the first half of the first game. What bothers me most about the guy is I am not sure he gets that. I know he was probably just saying b/c he thought he would play loose but laast week before the siants game he said something to the affect that he was going to let them fly hard and the receivers better be ready. Makes no difference how hard you throw it JP if it is not accurate. Look at Manning now or remember Jimbo or Farve in their hey day. The guys were covered when they throw the ball but it is delivered were it needs to be so it is catchable not just blistered in geneal area...
  3. Awesome! Thanks...
  4. Does anybody know when??? I am not suh my Bills Tivo will catch it. Thanks!
  5. Play action pass to TE Mark Campbell for short yardage, 4-8 yds.
  6. DB + Retetta = RJ
  7. B]TJ had the dumbest look on his face as they went to commercial.[/b] Damn! If Michael Irvin makes you look like that my guess is he was also thinking "I wonder if I am capable enough to make Rettata?...." I am NOT a fan of Michael Irvin and I do like TJ a lot but I still think that is very funny...
  8. I don't know if TD will pay it but just based on the numbers of previous deals, his tackles and int numbers, and his age, there is no way Nate signs with the Bills for less than 7 yrs for $56, $18 bonus. He WILL get more on the open market because he is much more productive than McAlister. he might go for a 6 yr deal for $47 with $13 bonus. Bailey - 7 for $63, $18 bonus McAlister - 7 for $55, $17.5 Surtain - 7 for $51, $14 Lucas - 6 for $36, $13 Millions, by the way. Just giving what I think is his market value is... but what do I know...
  9. I read the first 5 pages and thought it was amusing. I didn't get all the LAUGHUNG SO HARD I AM CRYING and COFFEE SPEWING OUT OF NOSES and all. BUT, then I click the link to BF's recipe on the first page of this thread and it all become crystal clear AND I am now LAUGHING SO HARD I AM CRYING. Too damn funny and too damn late to read the other pages...tonight. Classic! Retatta! Let's take easy. Retard Frittata is a little harsh. How about SPECIAL PERSON'S BRUNCH?
  10. Thanks! Not that it was a big deal b/c I didn't see it plastered over the tickers that Willis was hurt like Grossman last night but I know the ESPN anchor did say "no word on his condition". While they might not know his condition they could have thrown it there that hi did return. Geez...
  11. I saw him on ESPN News limp off... Any update?
  12. Good review. Same options we had with Willis. Thanks!
  13. I am in NC. Anyway, to post a link to it. Thanks in advance, if so.
  14. Exactly. Now, maybe Ron Edwards or Sam Adams and Reed for Simon are possibilities the Eagles might go for.
  15. Is Sam Adams a Free Agent after this year or is he signed through 2006 also? I know this is his 3rd year with the Bills and I thought he signed a 3 yr deal...
  16. Who is Smith?
  17. If I remember correctly they planned to get together but never did.
  18. Damn. Okay, who posted 8/1?! At least I got to see the very end. Thanks.
  19. I could have sworn somebody posted that the Bills 2004 Yr in Review would be on NFL Network on 8/1 at 1:00 or something like that. When I look at the NFL Network's schedule online I don't see it. Anbody know for sure? I only saw the very end of it on ESPN2 last week Thursday I think. Thanks in advance for the help?
  20. If they move it to lower country my wife's cousin (Quinton Harris, backup FS from Syracuse) will be happy. I was talking to him at a family get together last weekend and he does not like the 5,700 above sea level elevation of Flagstaff at all. He would prefer the heat. I am not sure he would be excited about 105 degrees though.
  21. Everyone has an opinion and mine would be to a very active partipant in the diagnosis and treatment of your condition. Hammer them with Q's and ask what else it might be or what is the next step if I don't feel better in 1 day or in 2 days. Search www.wedMD.com for info if you thunk it is not strep throat. With strep, you usually start feeling better in 24 hrs from what I know (I am not a doctor though). Good luck. Peace. My friend, you have my prayers.
  22. Plan and simple. NO. You don't take a player first in the NBA because he will help the most this year or b/c he plays center or b/c he fits your team best IF there is a player that is going to be a much better over all player available. I am a Bills fan way above any other team but I have been rooting for the Bucks since 1971. Marvin Williams is going the be a Great player in my estimation. I live in the Triangle of NC and never have been a Tar Heels fan but this guy has a great attitude, work ethic, and a great talent. Tough combo to beat. P.S. What is the Buffalo connection for Bogut?
  23. Oh my. Hold it high, Ross!
  24. What it really comes down to is - does TD, Tom Modrak, JM, MM feel they need a guy to come in and be given the starting LOT job? If THEY (not us) think so, I am sure they will talk to Kelly Holcomb to get his opinion. That said, based on Mike M's comments that are outlined at billsdaily.com I don't think they will be interested, IMHO.
