He'll have next year to prove he's back but not liking his chances.

The Bills seem better focused and having fun. Brady seems to have a plan to exploit the defense and keeps working the plan. The defense is playing better with Joseph and Douglas additions. Dodson is playing better as well.

It's crazy to think the 6 - 6 Bills could be 4 - 8, like you said, or they could be as good as 10 - 2. Eagles, Broncos, Pats, and Jets. Bengals and Jags were close games but Bills didn't lead those games.

McD has lost too many games where the Bills should have won. It's just truly mind blowing how many different ways he finds to lose a game. He mismanages timeouts, plays soft defense, and overall too conservative. His players get called for too many penalties, they miss assignments, drop too many balls, and too much miscommunication. It's not all his fault but much of it is on him. Time for a change.

Dorsey shouldn't have been promoted to OC. Dorsey had no experience calling plays as an OC. McD's fingerprints all over the issues with this team. He's the root of the problem.

The team has taken on the personality of their coach. They all sound like him during their media interviews before and after games. They tighten up just like their coach. I hate watching Allen do almost everything right and we lose like that. McD finds a new way to lose time after time. Terrible clock management, terrible usage of timeouts, terrible defensive playcalls in the 2nd half. A complete defensive collapse by our HC/DC. His game management is truly terrible. He needs to go.
