I disagree with the statement that we've seen enough from Nathan. He was a rookie last year and, yes, he struggled badly. That being said....are you going to give up on Josh Allen if he has a bad game or two during his first few years?
I'll always blame this loss on the coaching staff - specifically the special teams. Everything else is irrelevant if they would have done their jobs.......
I honestly think this is the last year we have him. I can see us dealing him back to Philly during the season if the negative Nancys here turn out to be correct.
I'm cool with someone having a negative opinion of a move or two, but to sit and say this regime has made loads of ball calls is asinine to me. If you're one of those people, you're someone who equates being negative with being knowledgeable.
Got to be tough being around all those Seahawk fans. My wife is from Washington State and they drive me absolutely crazy. Seriously has to be the most annoying fan base on the planet.
I honestly think he can be mid tier in the league ( say top 15 or so ). If he is and we can turn him over for a draft pick next year I'd say that'd we did alright with the signing.
Then again, this coach just might be a run first type of mentality. They do exist, you know.
He thinks the guy is the "smartest analytics guy" because he's supporting the OP's viewpoint on Allen. Easy as that.
Good point there for sure. I'll modify mine.
1. WR - We need someone to stretch the field and open things up
2. LB / DE
3. S - People might not agree here but I'd like to have a little insurance in case Hyde / Poyer get hurt. We are in the depth rounds at this point anyway.
4. RB - McCoy won't last forever....
