This is said with the utmost respect: John from Riverside would’ve loved it.

How many wings can you eat???? Allen eats a bunch apparently.

I used to live in Orlando, and I thought Ker’s Wing House was pretty good. Good, messy Buffalo sauce and good bleu. And, no I am not a paid spokesman, but I am a Gator fan. ( Owned by Crawford Ker, ex-Gator OL.) -
All Gunner's Draft Stuff.... 2022 Edition!!!
Bob in NoCal replied to GunnerBill's topic in The Stadium Wall
I was pleased and impressed that you have Dameon Pierce in your top 5 running backs. He was underutilized by the Gators last year for whatever reason, so the big stats aren’t there and some could easily overlook him. You didn’t. -
Favorite and least favorite draft analysts
Bob in NoCal replied to Ethan in Cleveland's topic in The Stadium Wall
Glad to see no one has chosen Todd McShay. Never forgot how he ragged on JA, while insisting Darnold was far better. For me, it’s a toss-up between Kiper and Jeremiah. -
1. Fan since 1960. Remember excitedly talking with my Lockport buds about the new team. “Are we gonna draft Richie Lucas out of Penn State?” 2. First actual on-field memory was Cookie Gilchrist running over people. 3. Favorite memory was the 51-3 AFC championship game blowout against the Raiders. Leaped into the pool afterwards screaming “Go Bills!” (It was January, it was COLD!) 4. Favorite player used to be the running back, number 32. Now, all-time favorite and current favorite are the same: Josh Allen! 5. Screen name is my name and where I live, in the beautiful California Foothills near Placerville. Thanks, OP, for taking me back in time.

Happy Birthday Paul Maguire
Bob in NoCal replied to Marv's Neighbor's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Just glad to hear he is still around. He was great in the booth, and as I recall, a pretty good punter before that. -
Bills Dolphins Game Not Flexed - Remains at 1 PM
Bob in NoCal replied to Doc Brown's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
No, the Cowboys-Giants winner will be the leader in the clubhouse, so to speak. For Washington, it’s win and in, or lose and out. -
Thanks, Virgil. A win is not complete until I have read your thoughts. The defense definitely bailed out the offense today, and that’s very good to see going into the stretch run. Several have mentioned the bs PF call on Moss, but how about the very dubious holding call on Dawkins that negated a critical first down run by Josh? At the time, the score was 24-17, and the penalty just about took us out of field goal range. Yes, there was another call on the same play, but it was after the play, and it still would have been 1st down with about 3:20 to play and the Chargers out of time-outs. Hope we don’t see this ref crew anytime again soon.

Vegas Players Violate Virus Protocol

Were there any opposing team members there? -
Thought it was interesting that in one of your drafts you got Pittman in the 4th and in another you got Gandy-Golden in the 6th. Either one of these scenarios playing out would seem attractive. JMO

Meanwhile....Tribisky (sp) is floundering
Bob in NoCal replied to John from Riverside's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I’m thinking John doesn’t put too much value on spelling, and that’s fine with me. The point is he started an interesting discussion, And regarding Trubisky, having watched him several times, gosh, can’t believe it but I agree with Weo: He’s a bum. -
I'd like to know the answer to this, too. Whenever he spelled McCoy, it was nice to see someone hit the hole hard and fast. ( on the rare occasion that there was a hole to hit )

Of course, if Cohen said it, it must be true. OK, suggest we close thread now, as it can add nothing to the community.

TJ Hockenson & Hakeem Butler
Bob in NoCal replied to RPbillsfan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
It looks like a lot of people saw that Iowa State bowl game. Butler was a monster in that game, albeit in a losing effort. His catch radius is just phenomenal; probably what we thought we were getting when we picked up KB. He's exactly what we need, I think. -
6 Potential QB coach candidates
Bob in NoCal replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Just a thought, but is it possible that Culley was told the Bills were making a move at QB coach, and that's why he made the jump to the Ravens? I'm sure you're right. ? -
McBeane Confidence Update
Bob in NoCal replied to The Real Buffalo Joe's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
60-80 for McD, 80-100 for Beane. McD needs to break out of his conservative shell, and the only personnel move Beane has made that I questioned was trading McCarron for a 5th and going into the season with just Josh and Peterman and no vet. In retrospect, it seems to have worked pretty well, but at the time, highly questionable. -
Barnwell: Progress Report on 2018 1st Round QBs
Bob in NoCal replied to DCOrange's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I am not here to argue with you or anyone else, because I believe it serves no purpose. I truly do feel that you are crusading somewhat; masquerading under the claim of objectivity. No further comment from this quarter, please consider what I have said. ( And I totally agree that Allen has some work to do.)
