  1. and the Cheats get to pay him!
  2. I would have to agree. Imagine what the progress will look like with all those draft picks next year!
  3. I'm pretty sure the "extrapolate" line is a new TSW one-liner joke. It got going in the Orton/Wall thread. It's like deers, don't let him leave the building, at the airport, in a Ford Tempo, etc. The reality is that he was probably a depth tweener for the Texans who run a 3-4. That means he can concentrate on fewer assignments/gaps in a 4-3 as an end. Hopefully it works out. If it doesn't, we're just back to where we were when Shaq got dinged.
  4. That's exactly what I keep telling my sons... They are staying to room their eyes. Lol
  5. Their rush D is bad and they are going to be missing more pieces on Sunday...hopefully Shady can get rolling.
  6. The only way this could have set up better for the Bills would be if the Falcons had won a convincing victory last Sunday. I don't like playing teams coming off "close-calls." They have a fresh reminder to be diligent in preparation and energetic in their execution.
  7. Yep, me too...and then I thought back to the good ol' days of football. Do you remember the hit Bruce put on Boomer when he was a Jet? It wasn't even a play because of false-start. Pretty much ended Boomer's run and Bruce didn't get flagged.
  8. Hmm. That is a thought is never had. I don't think so. One reason: he was a chicken.
  9. Must be McCoach is bringing discipline to the fans too!
  10. If that's a barn, I want a shed or a dog house! 😀Pretty piece of architecture... Futuristic, functional, etc.
  11. Although I agree that we got some big breaks...I also have watched enough football to remember that many teams make similar mistakes and still win. How many times have the bills been the recipients of such fortuitous breaks, only to squander the advantage? Boneheaded mistakes happen regularly. We just tend to forget the break and remember the final score.
  12. I thought he ended his season on that run! The Oleary throw was top shelf as you mentioned. BTW, my sons immediately predicted the "grandson of Jack" mention by the broadcast crew - had a great laugh when they fulfilled our wish after the replay. I think he is developing in his ability to look for the pass while running. As you mentioned, the Clay pass showed a greater ability to see the field. He certainly was the better QB in that game yesterday. A week ago, I think we would have traded TT for Seimien in a heartbeat. Now...not so much. I don't think that TT is Rogers or Brady, but he just might be a QB that can make enough plays to put us into the playoffs. Is he the long-term answer? I don't think so. I'd love to use ONE of our first round picks next year on a QB.
  13. I thought that they were much more effective when they were leading with Tolbert on first down. Thunder, then Lightning rather than Lightning then Thunder. Are you talking about this week or last week? LOL What a difference a lucky bounce makes!
  14. Did anyone else notice the absence of 99? I'm not a proponent of cutting the guy, but it is good to see that we are not dependent on him for it success.
  15. I noticed that too. I was thinking, what are the chiefs fans saying about that today?
  16. Unfortunately we don't play them until December, so they have time to right the ship or bring old guys out of retirement. It is to bad other teams aren't stopping them... It'd be nice to get a little help in the standings. 😀
  17. I would say your last point is the most crucial. I haven't seen a bills coach who could adjust in a long time.
  18. Or if the producer is really concerned about something special... Like last week they showed Houston.
  19. You're stealing work from that guy in the yellow vest. You're a monster.
  20. They didn't really do this to themselves. Demaurice got the election rules changed so that he couldn't really be challenged. This "election" is about as legitimate as those in most third world countries. If you only have one option, is it really an election?
  21. If he's doing it three times every game, I'd guess it is more like 1 out of 48. The league average in 2016 was 2.88 per team for the whole season. For a good reference on how infrequent OPI is in the NFL: http://www.nflpenalties.com/penalty/offensive-pass-interference?year=2016
  22. That's funny...in a kinda billsy, ironic way. I don't know...blame God or talk down to "little people with little jobs"...which do I prefer in a #1 WR?
