  1. I'm inclined to agree more so because this was basically the same line that paved the way for the leagues #2 rushing attack before Saint Doug ed it up. I'm also looking for them to bounce back strong this season.
  2. We already got a usedtobe to go along with a wannabe, a tryingtobe, and a willneverbe. No room for another one here.
  3. With a heavy dose of the run, EJ should be able to manage the game effectively enough to lead us to a 10 win season. But if he has to throw 40+ times in a game, we might have a problem if he's not ready to carry that kind of load. I still like his chances of starting week 1 though.
  4. All that's needed is for his accuracy to improve. That would come with playing and experience. I still hope he earns the starting spot.
  5. That logic actually makes sense. That still leaves Tuel the odd man out.
  6. I'm hoping you're right. That would be the best case scenario.
  7. I'm hoping it's EJ, but Cassel does have the experience edge, and that's what this offense needs right now. We'll see come training camp.
  8. With all the wheeling and dealing for offensive help, it's still going to come down to the QB. Can EJ develop into a capable QB to get us to the playoffs with a better coaching staff in place? Will Cassel be the steady veteran backup to help him along, or will he have to get under center and take us to the playoffs? Will Taylor beat out Tuel for the #3 spot?, Does Tuel even have a chance of making the roster now? What do you think?
  9. He'll be a nice compliment to Gronk. Just wish he'd have been picked up by somebody outside the AFC East.
  10. Good pickup for the Saints. They'll make much better use of him. Good luck CJ.
  11. Stevie just got cut in SF. Think he'll be a jet soon too?
  12. He doesn't have to be great. Just be competent, efficient and protect the ball for now. The rest will take care of itself as he continue to develop. We can make the playoffs with him at the helm.
  13. Pound away on the ground and open up things for the passing game. I'm lovin it already. Bring on the season!!!!!!!!
  14. He deserves to play out 2015 as his last year and retire as a bill. He's earned that much respect.
  15. Whaley's doing what he has to do to give the coaching staff what they need to be successful. Yeah, he's earned the benefit of the doubt. Is he going to be perfect? NO! Does he have more hits than misses? Absolutely!
  16. At least they're aggressively making moves, I'll give them that.
  17. Totally unexpected, but I like it. That takes the weight off Freddie, and boosts the running game as well as take pressure off EJ as well. I like the hell out of Kiko, but the D was awesome without him. I like our playoff chances even more now if Shady stays healthy. Sorry CJ, you're an ex bill now for sure!
  18. Yeah. My point exactly about overpaying. However, Hughes is miles above what Anderson was.
  19. I'm hoping they'll resign (but not overpay) him.
  20. Will we still sign him or will somebody overpay him and we lose him? http://blogs.buffalobills.com/2015/03/02/bills-do-not-use-franchise-tag/
  21. Bring in a reliable veteran backup who can both challenge and help develop EJ. We haven't seen enough of what we already have to be passing judgement on him yet. Let's see how things go now that he has an upgraded coaching staff to work with.
