It would be Andy. He made a bold move of shipping his veteran QB Alex Smith to the Nations Capital and went with a Sophomore QB who had played exactly in One NFL game. They put a lot of faith in the QB's ability and made a huge gamble that paid off. Andy deserves to be the coach of the year.
He does have a Franchise QB and a cornerstone on his DL. Makes things easier for the coach. He struggled as an interim HC for the Bills
Who wouldn't struggle with what he had to work with here?

I voted for Lynn. I think what he has done is amazing. He did it with no real hometown advantage. I’m sure McVay will win, but I love our old OC. He’s so interesting on his weekly call on NFLR.
Yeah Lynn is turning out to be a very good coach.

Who is your pick for Coach of the year?

McDermott is not getting fired.
True, he's not going anywhere. Bowles and Joseph are definitely goners. Harbaugh may walk away, and Lewis my either retire or take a front office job

McKenzie put together some pretty good teams, he just kept striking out when it came to hiring the right coaches for the teams he put together. Gruden's not the answer either. He didn't have to tear the team down like that, He had plenty to to start with and build on.

The Five Questions the Buffalo Bills Need to Answer in the Final Four Games
Sal Maiorana, Rochester Democrat and ChronicleThe Bills are back in familiar territory this year, staring at another December not to remember, the team having taken the step backward that coach Sean McDermott and general manager Brandon Beane warned was imminently possible back in the summer. But while this is not where McDermott, Beane, the players, and certainly the fans want to be, this may someday end up being a December to remember if the Bills can use these last four games to build upon the foundation they are currently setting in place, the cornerstone of which is quarterback Josh Allen.Meaning, this is an opportunity for the Bills to begin the process of figuring out if there are players already on the roster who they can count on for 2019, a season Beane and McDermott already have high hopes for given the 10 draft picks at their disposal, plus about $90 million in salary cap space to use on hole-filling free agents.“Hopefully over these next four weeks we can get some of these young guys into games, not necessarily all of them, and you start to see what it feels like,” said Beane, adding that these four games are much more valuable in the evaluation process than any mini-camp, training camp or preseason setting.“We can’t replicate live, in-season games,” Beane said.“Yeah, the evaluation continues,” said McDermott. “As you’ve already seen us do the last couple of weeks as we’ve brought up young players, whether it be (ones) that were already active and we gave them opportunities to play and show us what they’ve got, or brought young players up from the practice squad to take a look. Call it an audition, call it an evaluation … a chance for us to continue to grow this football team and develop this football team.”Here’s a list of what I’ll be watching closely in the final four weeks:Can Josh Allen continue to ascend? Is this the end for McCoy and Clay?Which receivers will step up?Is Levi Wallace a starting cornerback? Is the offensive line salvageable?1) Yes he can with the right coaching
2) Clay, yes it should be. McCoy, No. There's still gas in the tank but our OL is running on fumes
3) Jones, Foster & McKenzie
4) That remains to be seen
5) 2 of the 5 spots are, the right side needs help, and we need an upgraded Center

He's got another year or two left in him. Definitely sign him up

Obviously things can change between now and training camp but here's my list of FA's we need to sign.
Number 1, Sheldon Richardson. I doubt the Vikings will let him walk but he hasn't signed an extension yet and if it remains that way, Buffalo needs to pay up. The thought of Richardson, Phillips, and Hughes on the d-line is very intriguing. We have the cap space. Don't be cheap.
My number 2 FA target would be a guy that not many are talking about here.
Quincy Enunwa would be my number 1 FA priority at the WR position. A big body WR that can work the middle of the field and won't cost much against the cap. IMO the best bang for your buck in this sorry FA WR class.
Lastly, sign C Matt Paradis. Desperately need a quality veteran Center that can help Josh Allen on the field. Help Josh with the blocking schemes and most importantly communicate to Josh what he sees when they're lined up. Don't be cheap on a veteran Center to help Allen grow.
IMO this fills positions of need and puts us in a situation to draft BPA in the draft. Grab best available player at CB, WR, OT, RB and go from there.
Richardson, unlikely. Yes he would help but the immediate need for him isn't there
Enunwa, maybe. Most likely they'll want to look more at foster & McKenzie first.
Paradis, absolutely get him.

Let him rest it up and recover for next season

WTH took them so long to send him on his way?
-
Send Crossman and KB on their merry way. Bring in the best ST and OL coach available who doesn't have a Carolina connection. Whoever is advising him on challenging needs to go too (Did he come from Carolina too or did he keep the same guy who was advising Rex?)
And PLEASE cut down on all that F/N clapping on the sidelines

The pass could have been better, but Clay should have came up and made the catch anyway

Not that I would expect Beane to tip his hand, but I would have liked to have heard something about better protecting their QB investment. TE's who can catch and block, and O-linemen who do not get steamrolled into your backfield on just about every play.
That's what I was expecting too. some kind of hint that he's going to bring in upgraded talent on the OL, and more competition at the WR spot even though I do like Zay, Foster & McKenzie
-
I'd honestly like to see him run less, only to escape pressure. Take out the designed runs. That's what we have RBs for. I can see the occasional QB draw once in a while, but don't get him hurt by making his running a part of the offense until he gets the hang of avoiding taking unnecessary hits

Its not always pretty but it looks like they may be turning a corner...and screwing up their draft positiining in the meantime...
Draft positioning is for losers. Winning teams don't care about that unless they really need a QB. They just get players who can play regardless of where they get drafted. Time for this team to get back to winning again. And these guys are getting it right so far.

No surprise he was claimed so quickly. Some teams are really needy.

I agree. Plus, at $11 a beer, you bet your ass I'm DRINKING that beer, not wasting it on throwing it at Fournette.
What a waste of a good beer. Accurate throw though, but wasting a beer like that at stadium prices is a sin

If they really wanted to fire someone on Special Teams, they should've looked in the coaches office first!
That would be too easy, and make too much sense

We may never get to find out if Hackett is really a good OC. He's been handcuffed the whole time with lousy QB's to work with.
-
Not Hackett's fault Bortles sucks. It's Marrone's for staying with the guy

Well, that was an interesting game.
Q1 - Bills
Q2 - Jax
Q3 - Refs
Q4 - Back to footballThat's exactly the way it went Refs took over most of the second half
-
I'd be more inclined to stick with the hot hand and start Barkley against Jacksonville, then hand the keys over to Allen. It won't hurt to give him one more game to watch and learn from a different veteran who's at least accomplishing something with this offense.
