Exactly... I said in another post... im start I to think this is Marrones offense. I wonder what Hackett could do... if her were back in college with a young head coach... maybe Anyone but marrone, who could turn it up and get the boys playing... I find it hard lot believe he is just that bad.

Not surprising to me that Marrone would be angry with Whaley

Joe B just lost all credibility, Part II
Agent 91 replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The problem with Joe "Bust"... is that they actually let him inside the first door of the facility at ONE so people actually take him for having some sort of credibility. He is still a hack and I really never care to talk to him. He wants to sound like an authority yet I doubt he knows anything more than what he learned on Madden. Compare Sal to Joe. .. given the same exact access to information and its not even close. The difference is experience in the field -
EJ Manuel. Our next star quarterback
Agent 91 replied to TC in St. Louis's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Yep exactly. Except he isn't the only one who threw it right to him this year. Also it doesn't matter that the line let watt and co do whatever they wanted. Great post with tons of insight -
What exactly is your high note? The only possible high note is holding people in Patriot jerseys to 9 points. We scored on 1 good drive... and the game doesnt carry over. Like they said on the radio this morning. Last time when we beat the Colts (with a gutted team preserving for the playoffs) in the final game. We started the next year 0-8. I really ask. What exactly was the high note. Whether we won 9 or 4 the ultimate result is the same. We are done as of yesterday at 4pm.

Are we sure it was him? I mean I know where you are going. But I more so think the team was interesting in December due to the other side of the ball. I think it was interesting despite him or the offense.

Good for a little chuckle

Its hard to believe that there were 3 worse offenses

Name 3 players that will not return next year

He said he didn't want these players back so yea he wants to cut him -
As I have said elsewhere. I want to see Hackett somewhere so I can really evaluate his mind... versus any Marrone influence what so ever. I really question, is Hackett, in his own, really this bad?

ASJ was gone so I couldn't get as mad about that

I would love to see Whaley back. He gives me hope. He has made some good moves. And I really think he has more in his bag Could we defer the Js for a year under a real professional OC if they still are not quality we pass em on. I cant wrap my mind around any scenario that has belichik concede to a division rival. He is too greedy. Its like the eternal debate. When you knock someone down. You demoralize them. You stomp em. You do not let em get up. No hope. Not until the refs blow the final whistle. BBC is a no mercy guy. The EJ pick was great. Not only did they take a shot with a QB THEY liked... and satisfy a position that needed to be addressed. We got 2 second rounders who are very valuable to the team. Maybe we could have waited on EJ. But... could we have still gotten The two studs we did? Maybe but that was a great draft. CKuandijo was a whiff but.... he didnt cower. Everyone makes mistakes With his defense I dont see how it was so hard to hire a dc. This team has been a defensive mans dream quietly for a long time. The schemes sucked... BUT we had pieces that a good defenseman licked his chops. A big example of why they threw so much at mario. Theu knew that if you build it... they will come He was here when we traded lynch? I didnt think he was. Good to know I see what you are saying but I think the Marrone "cherry picking" stems from Marrones expertise is the root of the offensive demise. I am starting to have an internal conflict. I almost want to see Hacketts best plays. Uninhibited by Marrone. I really REALLY feel like Marrone might be handicapping the offense. He might really be afraid of taking chances. Might really be trying to dial it down... I almost feel about him how most feel about EJ lets see what he has. I would love to see Hackett paired up with that Penn St coach. Motivational innovative and a teacher. Hackett might actually not be the worse OC in the league

Player you missed on in latest draft
Agent 91 replied to truth on hold's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Definitely agree. I really honestly thought he was an overrated bum. I thought he was a glorified tight end. But I was wrong -
And EJ looked like something to build on after 2013. So what does history really tell you about the future. Why would you want something that looked OK 2 seasons ago. When you degrade someone who is on your team learning? Maybe he is never gonna be. But we do not know. And it would be nice to see him in a system that he can play in. Orton cant Jordan Mathews couldn't Thad Lewis couldn't tuel couldn't the list goes on and on. No one can play in this system... in fact, they all regressed. How about we evaluate him or let him go somewhere he can get a fair shot

I would pose this question to you... did you think he would come out and be anything any team would want? Did yu see him as any good at Florida state? -

Player you missed on in latest draft
Agent 91 replied to truth on hold's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I get that but I saw absolutely nothing in him in college. I thought he was a big non route running so so speed guy who wouldn't be as physical with the NFL corners I could too. I just don't think Goodwin gives us anything with talking about. A little guy with all world speed thst doesn't run a full route tree Lol I mean he was a basketball player but he was just so fast of the edge it was like wow! ! And he had a knack for getting to the ball. I guess I took into account thst he didn't start playing football until his senior year so I look art him as only able to learn and get better. I will say I think he needs to be in a 34 as a rush guy. He would turn the nfl world on its ear -

I could see EJ playing a Carolina style offense. I'm not in on Goodwin but I love the other 4 picks. Even think gragg could be something -

Not trying to be condescending at all. But did you watch him in college? God yes Gabe would have been huge I was hoping we took him. Definitely Bridgewater The Orakpo pick will haunt me for life. I remember wanting to cry. I got up and ran around when Cleveland passed I remembering being so confident. Kelvin Benjamin is a huge miss for me -
Pulling out fantasy standings results is ridiculous. You don't KNOW about 2-6 and you don't KNOW about 5-10. You are cherry picking. Why don't we just speculate that Jordy Nelson catches a 94 yd bomb for td. Or Alex Henery makes a field goal. Why not factor in some of the Orton sacks EJ wouldn't have. Why not factor in Spiller getting hurt. Let's factor in McKelvin, and Searcy getting hurt. Let's factor in Sammy not being hurt. Did anyone see how stupid this arguement is. If you want to speculate. Say you think. Not that you know. Because you don't. I'm circled out for 2015 anyone Orton suits up next year. Not even playing
-
Add in I irrelevant. As in a qb rushing stats over 2 times as many games when talking about true passing statistics is not a point to be made. And has no validity
-
Very true. Thats the line of thinking that keeps me sane Way worse than 6-10 with EJ. Thats just how I feel.

Anyone else sick of Eric Wood?
Agent 91 replied to GrizzlyAdams's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I honestly dont think fred is overrated. People acknowledge him for his stats. What he has done... outside of that MVP paced season he really didnt get much talk for pro bowl. Fred is revered for coming from DIII and sustaining a career. He is revered for never giving up. I dont remember ever hearing anyone make him anything more than a local legend. And even to this day, at 33 years old. His production has not dropped off. -

Agent 91 replied to GrizzlyAdams's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Lol late but sounding off. He is another home grown hero. But watch out. People will tell you how he was highly regarded by his peers. Thats probably because they get their best stats against him. The proof is on the field. He doesnt meet the standard. Cheap hit on Clay Mathews and he is tough? Im not buying it.
