Joe Licata can't move and his arm strength is questionable. He might be decent at reading the defense and accurate plummets when its not a great weather daym. I don't know any way that he will be drafted but he may be able to fill the Jeff Tuel role though. And bring a lifelong UB fan there is no hate.
