Dennis Thurman should never, ever be allowed to speak
Agent 91 replied to Beerball's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
It is hard to win anywhere there are highly skilled people opposing you. Duh... Gailey... the problem is on the side of the ball you have no idea about. Your offense is high powered with scrubs. The defense is a train wreck. Thurman... you are the problem. Your men singlehandedly lost more games than anyone else on the team. Now you have lost us Mario, Dareus is obsolete. And invisible again. Bradham and Brown are nothing more than good depth now. And worst of all. No one knows what the hell they are doing. Week 17 thats a huge problem for me We have a winner people. Its Thurman by a country mile Watch the Chapelle show Ok so when he says he doesnt know who is calling in plays.... hmmm. Some rogue dude from Genessee street just goes sits grabs a beer and just calls in random things? You seriously dont know who the guy is who is calling down YOUR plays? Never seen him or met him. Never had meetings to discuss the game plan. Never met the guy in your life. You dont need to talk to Preston. Neme the dumb head who calls plays in early late on time. We... want... a... NAME. Its not that hard -
what was the Biggest turning pt of season
Agent 91 replied to HelpusAll's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Not picking on you. But we did NOT push out a DC. He LEFT. Abandoned. Cried like a little beyotch because he didnt get the HC. They were willing to keep him aboard. He chose door number 2. Had he decided to stay. WITH THIS HEAT Thurmans a** is grass and Rex would be begging him to show him how to run the D to keep his job. There is no way with those 2 putting egos aside and putting great minds together we couldnt reign supreme. -

With Chan Gailey AND Brandon Marshall he is a world better. But like you said. It may change 300 is like the new average. Or so i think he is getting at. Its sort of like that Elusive 4000 yard season. EXACTLY when Rex first came in and said he was gonna make the defense BETTER. Failed epically. But the formula. As you said. Was top defense, strong run game. And a qb who doesnt mess up How did you feel about Cams 400 yd passing 100 yard rushing 5td game. That my friend, is spectacular!!! -

Fridge i dont remember what side you were on with EJ but i will say this mirrors EJ debates almost exactly. Some will like Rod so will hate him regardless of what he does. Both are quite incomplete. But i wonder how much the CBA in regards to practice constraints has neutered both guys and their ability to develop chemistry while trying to learn the game on that level -

That's a superlative, and you know it. If he climbed the pocket (something both Rex and Greg have been critical of) more often, then I'd give him the benefit of the doubt that the line was as bad as you say, but the guy has a tendancy to give up on passing plays pretty quickly. Hence a lot of the holding calls -

I dont THINK anyone is putting it on Tyrod. What i think the major grievance is with the people who want to force him into elite franchize mode. I bet you Tyrod is teetering on the line of qualifying for most of his accolades. I would be curious how he falls in line with regular starting qbs with atleast 13 games this year. Basically passing attempts, yards, completions. We know the TDs and completion percentage is not too skewed. But when your qb throws under 20 times multiple times in a season. He better have a high completion percentage. Just curious where he stacks up -

I like both definitions They broke it down for brady who was perfectly even. And I think Kaepernick under Roman and someone else. I appologize. Any rate.Kaepernick and Taylor were the only 2 to have such a large deviation. There was even 1 or 2 they mentioned who throw the ball over the middle more than anything. They basically deduced that Romans system calls for those passes, most likely to open up the middle for running To you and me... but not tbe guy throwing the ball. HE NEVER EVEN LOOKED LEFT. -

Thats the mark of a franchise guy. Right now I dont see him exibiting any of that right now so this franchise QB cant be happening -
Same way Fitz did. It was comical how everyone... not necessarily on this board... Thought the line was the best buffalo had in years. Wasnt it about the same line EJ walked into and he made them look horrible/ exposed who they really were. I could subscribe to the notion that TT made them look way better than they really were Glenn to Wood was cool. We need Miller to get another year of Bills and a steady RT

It looks to me like Mario doesnt know, or is complacent with merely setting the edge. He wants to get after it. He fires off and then just holds the edges. In my limited experience. DL is a mindstate. Its hard to ask a specialist to take havllf his game away. Today i saw on a few occasions he was about to make a move and attack and then pull up. It wouldnt surprise me if they said Hughes was freelancing. I rarely see him setting the edge. Mario is 30 but he still has it... he is going to a 43 team and he is gonna be a double digit sack man again. I couldnt imagine EVER asking ANY of our d line. Top 4 or 5 (including Bryant) are pass rushers and not space eaters. Figure out how to reverse your philosophy Mr Ryan and you will have a good defense. If they subscribe to your way of thinking, Mario has to stay. Right? It just makes sense to me. Anyone know any crazy ways he can be resructured to benefit? Lol Dareus too I dont mean to troll but I noticed IK had a helluva move today. I dont remember when he did it. Or what the situation was. But it was a rip move that snatched my attention immediately A younger faster freddie. Could be right. Can he block and catch? That's the difference Most undervalue Spikes mistakenly. He was a MLB nose tackle hybrid. You also have to realize that we filled his hole with an inexperienced strong side. Immediately giving him easy to much responsibility. Also leaning a hole at the vacated strong side spot. We need Preston Brown to be able to go back to the OLB role.

This team is a YAC yard monster. ESPECIALLY when they had Harvin. He was so clutch with Watkins. I think we have something in Gragg. I see a lesser Clay.
-
I expect taylor to have had a get your feet wet season. I expect him to be asked to do more next year. And the year after that assuming he is still here I remember all that you have just said
-
I dont see you getting roasted. I do know i was like this is going to Watkins. And when he snapped it and looked right at Hogan, iwas like ok he is looking pff the defense. When he threw it, i almost lost my kool-aid. Could hogan have broken the play up? Yes. But that was a pass that never should have been thrown
-
there are more than those 2. But dareus is no where near hughes level. Dude is a straight gamer period Kyle was still good. As a matter of face i thought Kyle was very unblockable. And he has been moved more than anyone on the line. Like the guy earlier saidgood players will make it anywhere
-
At worst... for us to be able to say tyrod did the best he could... he has to throw for more than 26 yards in the first qt let alone the flippin first HALF!!! How does this guy consistently throw 240+ after laying complete turds in the first half. His numbers are so inflated and i pull my hair out when ESPECIALLY Fox announcers talk aboutbhow good he is. They just look at a stat sheet. Brady would mess himself if he had the offensive talent we have. Rodgers too. For you to say they wouldnt win with this defense is completely ludicrous. Those qbs change the game so much. Mind you. Im not pinning the loss on Taylor however to say he has been a big help in inherently false. Hills... come on Promo im losing respect for you for not knowing that. Right next to the free popcorn

Yeah Karlos rarely plays. And hpwbdod he do as the feature back. Take Lesean away and now you have no multiple use RB, The game Karlos started 2 plus yards a carry. Cute to try and make that arguement. You really compare a rookie converted from safety who cant stay on the field with a guy who has been thebfocal point of EVERY TEAM he has been on. No comparison You mention sample size. But your minions want to quote Karlos loke he proved to be some sort of feature back. Whybare you picking the sample size when Lesean has been THE FOCAL POINT for YEARS. Point blank period.
-
Why bother. That doesnt support his arguement. Everyone... EVEN ME remembers thats exactly how it went down. They were raving about mccoy the last 11-12 games of the season.
-
. You base your cred on 4 unfounded points. Anyone could see marrone was a joke. I cackled him coach moron in his press conference thread. Whaley. .. nope. clay missed it. Cap hell not even. Mccoy. 2 injuries big deal

Rather have 4.3 on 515 carries than 7 per on 50 carries.

Clear as day. ... one question. Based on what
