In my humble opinion there is no way the Buffalo Bills are NOT moving out of Orchard Park.... If you were to move them downtown you'd have to get an exterminator in their to clean out 10-15 city blocks square of crack dens, section 8 housing and low life riff raff....The same could also be said for Niagara Falls, NY which is a giant cess pool!!...Orchard Park has the property, it has the a great atmosphere why ruin it!!!
