Well, yeah …… they are all Greek restaurants. Louis and Tommy G got together 40-50 plus years ago and concocted the sauce with the family tasting their various attempts till they nailed. But they are still called Texas Hots and they are still THE BOMB

So, I’m flying in tomorrow for my nephew’s wedding. Gotta say, a WNY staple is the Texas Hot. Everyone talks about Ted’s hotdogs but the first thing we always do after leaving the airport is grab some Texas Hots at Zorba’s. Everyone has their favorite place , usually the one they grew up eating at. For my money Zorba’s in Depew is the best. It is owned by the nephew of the owner of Louie’s Texas Hots . They ostensibly share the same sauce recipe but each location is different. There are a bunch of knock off Texas hot restaurants around the region. It a Sahlen’s hotdog ( Same as Ted’s uses) smothered in mustard , onion and Texas hot sauce which isn’t chili or spicy hot but amazing. You can get wings everywhere these days. You can only get Texas Hots in WNY.

I absolutely can imagine this. Hopefully, Dorsey is better than Daboll. Specifically in using the running backs more effectively in conjunction with better o line play/coaching. I wanted to put 15-2 😎

I totally get why he doesn’t and love that this popped up. Pliability which allows him to be a whip and use quick twitch. Upper body lifting would bulk him up which would tighten him up and slow him( and the ball speed) down.

His average ypc is more important. This hold true for the running backs , in general. The additions of Kromer and Saffold are paramount in this. Upthread it was suggested we won’t run enough. I fervently hope Dorsey calls more runs and also significantly fewer runs for JA. I agree that those runs will be split , especially if Cook or Moss become hot. That’s why it would surprise me to see him over 1000 rushing.

This is when you have to trust your coaches and FO’s ability to judge talent and project future returns on investments. OJ effectively showed nothing. Keeping him because of a couple million dollar cap hit would be throwing good money after bad.

We all had growing up to do when we were that age, some more than others. Darnold seems laid back and affable….. he could use a LOT more of what Baker has for his QB chops Mayfield seems ultra competitive, he could use a healthy dose of Sam’s chill when it comes to inter personal relating.

Sometimes, when I’d see the old guys starting to get restless , I’d ask a stupid question just to keep the meeting going😅
