After the first two games we looked great, after that 🤷‍♂️ I remember the Pittsburg game being easy, then every game was a struggle , or seemed that way. I’m happy we won all those games but nothing looked like an easy out before we even hit the halfway point last season.

In 2018, he started off better than Josh. A guy at work ( Panthers fan and dick) took a lot of pleasure sending me the weekly QB power rankings and telling me we got the wrong Allen. I think KA strung together 5 wins and there was local talk in Clt about them possibly having their new Franchise QB😂 Amazing how dump offs to a healthy McCaffery can pad a QBs stats. I don’t dislike him as our backup but if Josh goes down for any extended period of time the Real Wrong Allen is only going as far as our O line/Running game and Cook out of the back field on dump offs get us.

This! Calm Josh with ONE second of extra time behind a decent line would be great.

AJ is a solid vet pickup that McD is comfortable with. His runs support is on point. I think McD’s calling of the schemes might be considerably different from Frazier. It’s “wait and see” time but I like this signing.

Somebody who starts day 1 and plays better than whoever played the position last year.

It would be nice for Josh to not have to run around like a chicken with his head cut off ever other play trying to find little guys who are working to get open. Having a big, SUREHANDED guy go up and get it creating faith in JA that he can…..What is not to like about that?

Don’t know. But, there has to be some project guy out there who’s on par with Harty who is worth this contract. My bigger point was, Josh isn’t the most accurate passer nor is he a rhythm passer ( from what we’ve seen) . Giving him a guy even smaller that McKenzie and Hines just doesn’t strike me as a winning strategy

And, does the kid then sit on the bench ala Shakir even if he has better hands then everyone but Diggs?
