I’ve been feeling this way too, this season. What has struck me is the way McBeane haven’t panicked during this rash of injuries. They have kept a steady keel and let players rest and heal as necessary. Brought in and elevated backups as required and just kept moving forward, always with their eye on the real prize at the end of the season. Players in and out of the organization take notice of this. It also doesn’t hurt having fostered leadership among the players ranks on both sides of the ball that lead by example while staying appropriately humble.

In game thread I commented about the crappy camera work and replays( or lack thereof. That was a perfect spot to let us see the play again and discuss it. Prime sucks!

Playoffs are different Chandler. We’ve both seen record SB kicks and misses. Zero disrespect to Bass. His arrow is pointing straight up. However, SC holds a special place in my memories

I think this is likely true but I need to see him in the postseason, on tg biggest stages nailing some long ones before I get there fully.

As I said in another thread, he is the best kicker we’ve had since Christie. The peace of mind he provides is a gift some refuse to accept. My hope is that he stays around another 10 years minimum.

If a receiver catches a ball in the field of play, bobbles the heck out of it while hitting the ground BUT it doesn’t touch the ground and he eventually has it IT IS A RECEPTION. Why this isn’t the fact out of bounds I’d befuddling.

Disagree. Rhule was/is a joke but Brady wasn’t ready to run an NFL scheme. Bridgewater pointed it out after they tried to make him the scapegoat for the first season’s offensive stumbles.

Yes it did, but Bass didn’t allow Wilson to look like a Competent NFL QB. He is the best kicker we have had since Christie. Kicking in Buffalo is a different sort of skill.

To take this to it’s logical conclusion, vis a vis all the posters complaining about close wins: Brady and co won a bunch of really close regular season games on the way to winning and losing a bunch of close super bowls.

I was there but don’t remember it. Interesting to see Kelly run a conservative dump offense most of the game. Also, I think it was 91 but remember getting Ronnie Lippett so mad at us in pregame warmups we thought he was going to come into the stands😜. The good old days.
