They didn’t start their best back and instead had Dalton chucking it from the start while it was still less than a score….. strip sack, interception and then it got out of hand. I’m not going to any lengths. I guess I misinterpreted our run defense stats and rank going into that game

As I pointed out, in the wrong thread, we got lucky that they did’t play this game plan last week. They started Dowdel and pounded the ball down GBs throat. Happy they decided to have Dalton try to throw it as much. They learned their lesson

I absolutely agree but today , I have to admit, Bishop looks like he rose to the occasion. Max too. I have been crapping all over the talent acquisition but today maybe, just maybe, we started to turn a corner in our Defensive backfield. Every postseason, Josh looks like the only one who it isn’t too big for. It would be nice to see a few more guys step up. Especially on D

We’ve been hearing for years that the AFC west was going to be competitive….hallelujah we’ve arrived!!! People are rueing the rise of the Pats but the Chiefs have it worse in their division.

You can feel the whole team pucker. How about pitching the ball to Cook on second or third down on the last drive? How about having some motion , different personnel grouping, anything but running it into the pile three times in a row. Cook has HOF level vision, patience and cutting ability. Put him in a spread out formation and let him pick his holes. Every time? No. But as a change up and as a reason to keep other team’s Ds on their heels. My wife was yelling at the TV…Not up the middle 🤷‍♂️

That would be a SICK twist in the playoffs. Just a couple times to stretch the D
