Regarding Bledsoe, he SUCKED his last year here. The receivers were relegated to running short dig routes because he couldn't hit anything else. We are not going to the SB with TT and KW is never going to see a SB here and probably not a playoff. I've watched McDermott here ( Carolina) since he started and I don't hate him but his defenses aren't all that. This is a rebuilding year and I'd rather see a young QB learn on the fly than Orton or Taylor keep us mediocre.

Who are our D linemen? Not exactly an impressive group. K.Williams, is he coming back for year 12 and is he effective? What do they get out of Dareus? Where does our rush come from?

So, seeing a QB that has demonstrated an inability to : read defenses. See open receivers Come from behind or even offer any semblance of hope that we could, in pressure situations Is stupidity. Jumping to the immediate conclusion that a team with a defense in transition and a new coaching staff is tanking because they might agree with the above observations? And ,being CERTAIN that starting Cardale assures the offense no production is smart? I guess those of us who realized the season was over 8 games in last year were also stupid? How about 11 games in when we weren't buying the" We can still make the playoffs." Threads? Man, I wish I could be that smart😜

I want a QB who I legitimately think gives us a shot at scoring every time he is on the field. Funny how you can think TT gives us a shot and in the same breath assure us that Jones never can.

Brady is a perfect example as ostensibly the greatest NFL coach ever( debatable, I know) didn't even know what he had. I'm not suggesting Cardale is going to be great but we dimply don't know and he clearly demonstrated the " it" factor at times this Pres season. Also, Brees was bad I. His second and third seasons. Bad!!! He had to play through it to figure the game out.

Here's a little story about a " project". EJ starting 10 games in 2013 and winning 4. Jones is at least on par with that, How about Brady sitting behind Bledsoe? Belicheat would have started him that season if he knew but he didn't. They drafted Rivers after Brees sucked for three years..... but look what he became. You don't know sometimes until you do

May I point out C.Jones started late in the third quarter of an, already lost game on a team that had mailed it in. I'm not saying he looked good but basing your perception of him on : - That game - The opinion of the previous coaching staff ,is silly. I don't know who he is or can be but I think his ceiling is much higher than TT and on the job training is how the starters in this league learn.

TT can't throw receivers open and can't see some of them when they are WIDE open. He is not a starter and will not win a super bowl. That is who it is time to move on. A new coach seeing what he had and building g a team from scratch isn't tanking.

What is the difference between Kelly going 4-12 his first year and Jones doing it next year? If he isn't the andswer and there is no hope in him becoming the answer or not, we know and have a shot the following season. This is not a playoff caliber team and with a new staff and new systems on both sides of the ball it is a start from scratch proposition. Cut the dead weight. See which dogs can hunt and set yourself up for 2018's draft.

Completely unknown quantity..... to us. Hope Micky D knows something we don't. Shula has never gotten a lot of love here, even last year when his O led the league and carried team to SB missing their # 1 receiver KB. Shula didn't seem to get ANY looks this year. Regarding Cam, I would say they have taken pains not to " over coach " him as he is a unique talent. He regressed badly this year which may have been on Dorsey or maybe Cam just got to full of himself and stopped listening.... which would partially explain Dorsey wanting to move. Personally not excited about this pick if it happens but don't hate it either. Feels like it could work or be typical BB dreck.

Having lived in Clt for 20 years and watched this team, especially this iteration as they are a likable grou: The Bad McDermott has never stood out here. I wouldn't know him if I saw him. Not sure he has the leadership skills required of A HC. Vanilla D. This isn't Necessarily bad but seems to be based on players as opposed to scheme. Conservative with a lead. Last year they repeatedly gave up or almost gave up double digit leads. Is this him or Rivera deciding to play prevent? I don't know but it was not good. The Good He has never had great pass rushers or secondary help. They were in cap hell and he was plugging lesser talent in and getting good results.

The fins D was getting mauled in the first quarter. M. Moore definitely screwed them with the fumbles but that was a team loss.

Those of us who watched the Kelly era Bills always thought we had a chance. Even though we lost the SBs the next year we believed and watched good football. I've been saying this. Getting in the playoffs doesn't mean anything if you are a crappy six seed who sneaks in with NO chance of getting farther. You'll still be just as miserable afterwards with a non- playoff season probably to follow. We need a coaching staff on the same page as management that can continually develope/ teach talent. We NEED a QB. Watching Rogers, Rothisberger, Manning, Wilson how can anyone not see it. I remember Kelly's first season with us , watching him learn this league and finally get a come from behind win after losing on a bunch of late interceptions. I can handle watching a team become a team. I can't handle watching an undisciplined bunch led by an idiot. Whoever they get, I hope we become a team with everyone buying in, players, coaches, GM.

Lynn will not excite me. Hate to say it but I believe we are basically in rebuild mode. Am not excited by any coach attached to the teams search. McDaniel would be the only one who would get me jazzed but he's not even interviewing. If we had an awesome draft where we picked up O line, safety, D line who were " steals" at their position in draft, this might help.I don't expect us to get a QB early enough to care. If we go rebuild, would like to see C. Jones start and work towards top 3 draft pick = no Sunday Ticket for second year in a row
