  1. Just looked this up and it says” Some” customers have received emails stating it’s free. We all have a FAT bargaining chip this year even if it’s not automatically given. My day just got brighter?
  2. Super Bowl Win!!! Josh hold serve on last years stats with the exception of connecting on 50% of the long ball misses. The rookie RB gives us the best 1-2 punch in the league coupled with incremental improvement by the O line. The D gets 10 more take aways over last year. The Run D is shored you. We don’t have a lot of injuries. THE WINDOW IS OPEN!!! It would be a magical season but it is completely within the realm of likely outcomes.
  3. Start in terms of week one? No But if Singletary goes down I think he is clearly capable of handling the load providing his pass pro skills are up to snuff
  4. 13-3 Seattle , San Fran and Arizona the only losses. All NFC, Who cares? AFC east and AFC Conference Champs ???
  5. Year after year on schedule release day, I’d come on here and it was 6-10 or 7-9. People would be trying to talk themselves into wins. I’m looking at the schedule and trying to talk myself into losses and for the life of me I can’t. “Good years” indeed?
  6. I agree. “ Must win” is about rubbing every doubters and crap talkers nose in it. Which I will do...... with a BIG smile on my face.
  7. I’ve been battling the local radio guys here who keep saying “ Cam should start for the Bills this year”. EVERY national guy they get on they ask about this..... I swear it’s just to piss me off.... which it does?
  8. That is my “ Must win” game of the season. I think there is a good chance we hit the halfway point at 7-1 with KC being the only loss if I had to choose one. If we beat them, we immediately step into the SB contender spotlight and all the national guys who have been slagging us will start to come around
  9. I was thinking a few days back....? I would prefer that we get rid of the second AFC East games. I realize it would mean playing harder games against NFCW. This is a double edged sword. I’m old enough to remember a certain SB team that consistently played in an abysmal AFCE( excepting ‘Fins from time to time) and kept getting its arse handed to it in the big game. I’m a firm believer in battle testing. Last year was our “ Cake year”. I want this team to beat good teams consistently. Why? Because I’m sick of hearing blunt about us from national guys consistently. I’m in Clt listening to non Bills sports radio and our roster is getting props but JA isn’t. I realize it’s on him but I believe he’s ready. The other edge of the sword is the better record but I’m all I on this team and believe they can do it. We still win the East because all AFCE teams will run the same gauntlet. Another consideration is the fact that how the West looks now might not be how they look when we play them. San Fran with a SB hangover is a real possibility early in the season. Especially if they beat the Fins and and Jets before us and have too high an opinion of themselves. IMHO
  10. A good pass rush makes for a good secondary.IF the front seven can shore up the Run D while holding serve( at a minimum) on sacks andQB pressures the secondary has a chance to play lights out this year.
  11. Is Hoodie egotistically delusional about Stidham or is he quietly confident in his abilities??? I would be delightedly shocked if NE only won six games. However, we have seen this before. With a good D and an average O he could still eke out 9-10 wins. If they only win six, I’ll be the first to send you a case of beer?
  12. He has been a consistent presence in Clt. Hopefully, Father Time looks favorably upon him for a few more years and MA gets us double digit sacks while shoring up the run D, as well.
  13. This!!!! All day. Especially, the Cam Comparison. I don’t want to see Josh running as much by design. Getting Moss , I hope, will help towards this end. Josh faced some serious Jail breaks too often due to poor O line play. I seriously hope they get their act together this year. Last year the whole squad was new. This year hopefully continuity makes a difference.
  14. Agreed. For the record, I truly expect better play from Josh, Knox, the O line and the addition of Diggs is a Godsend. The D line will be interesting to watch.
  15. I absolutely agree he needs to diagnose D more quickly. He has to hit wide open receivers down field . He needs to throw with anticipation. But the offense last year was anything but a well oiled machine, Including Daboll and McD for allowing the conservative play calling when holding small leads. If Josh raises his game and the rest of the O produces at last years level we still aren’t beating KC or Baltimore. While we are at it, our D playing a season full of scrub teams gets you high ranking. This year our D will rank considerably lower if they play at last years level due to our strength of schedule. They need better line play against the run and more take aways, especially from the safeties.
  16. So the O-line gets a pass? Knox can drop a quarter of his catchable targets again? Receivers can run sloppy routes and not be on the same page with JA? Rookie RB doesn’t need to worry about Pass Pro/ blitz pickup? It takes 11 guys , ALL on the same page. Ten of them get it right but Josh gets blown up because of a missed block ( or three like the QB Sweep in the playoffs), it’s on Josh? JA hits Knox on a perfect seam pass for a first down in a big game and Knox drops it, It’s on Josh? ?
  17. We were second on the league, behind Miami, in dropped passes! While Josh has to get the ball out faster AND hit the long ball better, it is most definitely not “ All on Josh Allen.”
  18. 2006 into early 2007 The whole “ Marv will save us as GM” crap and him picking Dick Jerkron over Mike Sherman to start. I knew he was a bum and we were going to suck..... and we did. In 2007 I got the Sunday Ticket against my better judgement and we had a horrible start. We got crushed by Pittsburg and DESTROYED by NE. The next week was Dallas on Monday night with the ? tease then brutal ending . I didn’t watch another Bills game till he was fired. Low point for me?
  19. The NFL is all about that ?. This country as a whole will be starving for diversion by September. I can see them doing limited fans at first, 25%,50%??? If it comes off well they will increase fans if feasible. The only wildcard is the players but they want that money as well , so with testing, I think they are in. I would expect the camera crews and such would be limited. COME ON FOOTBALL???
  20. During the 88 preseason, the O-line was considered a major weakness and there was a lot of trepidation going in. Then Thurman came in and just killed it and suddenly it was a strength. Having a legit number one receiver and a legit one two punch at RB is going to immediately make the line better. Josh won’t have to hold it as long simply due to Diggs being on the field. Daboll and Allen need to take steps forward and I think they will. Daboll had to reign Allen in early last season. He shouldn’t have to as much, if at all, this year. Man, I cant wait to see them play??
  21. Love, Love, Loved watching that Ted Cottrell Defense. That was how I started to feel under Schwartz . Solid, no gimmick, punch you in the mouth D.
