  1. Woke up to a nice surprise this morning. Yahoo Sports has us ranked # 4: Ahead of Seattle, Green Bay, Pittsburg and San Francisco NBC Sports has us ranked #6: Ahead of Pittsburg and Green Bay PFN has us 12: Typical “ Josh Sucks” Dreck Watching the Steelers last night, I thought they looked good on both sides of the ball. It’s only one game but Ben’s arm looked good. Being ranked ahead of them and Seattle in two ( albeit clickbait) power rankings is a step in the right direction. It is a sign that some are starting to take the whole team, including Josh, seriously. https://www.google.com/amp/s/sports.yahoo.com/amphtml/nfl-power-rankings-should-there-be-any-concern-about-jimmy-garoppolo-and-the-01-49-ers-053847579.html https://www.nbcsports.com/bayarea/49ers/nfl-power-rankings-2020-week-2-standings-all-32-teams-league https://www.profootballnetwork.com/nfl-power-rankings-week-2-2020/2/ https://www.nfl.com/news/nfl-power-rankings-week-2-packers-vault-into-top-three
  2. It was a great surprise. The bubble screen to Beasely was perfectly set up and perfectly thrown and he dropped it🤨 We have the skill position players to run an excellent screen game.
  3. Your not kidding. Nationally, Josh is not respected. After this week, we will hear about overthrows and fumbles and blah, blah , blah. Meanwhile, Brady and Brees and Wentze looked like unpolished Turds and they will have excuse after excuse made for them. Josh isn’t perfect but he can be a 60 + percent passer With escapability built in.
  4. A roll out with a chance to throw, I like. It’s JA’s decision and he’s not in traffic. Options I don’t like. Using it from time to time is good. IMO there were too many today.
  5. Threat doesn’t equal design. The threat of a broken play is far different from having him go up the middle of the D in heavy traffic.
  6. The crazy thing is JA showed amazing pocket awareness today. Heads above anything he has ever consistently shown in any game before. He also showed the ability to find open receivers and take what was given. It WAS criminal to call that many designed runs and that many options. I’ve been saying is since before last season and I hated seeing it Today when it wasn't necessary And detrimental
  7. So disagree with this. The option looked like crap today and it puts our QB at risk and the ball at risk of being fumbled. We knew the Jets D line was the real deal and they showed it today. They got some screens to work and some not. They ran more screens today than I remember in forever. This shows me the coaches we’re looking to nullify the rush. I feel like they should have been pitching it out and running a few more dump offs and bubble screens in lieu of running up the middle on this D. I’m watching Bucs/ Saints now and there is some brutal passing in this game on both sides for sure.
  8. My favorite was a rookie Moss keeping a play alive and finding the soft spot in the EZ for a Josh hot ball for the TD. Veteran awareness from a rookie in his first start.
  9. This!!! He didn’t need to be running the sweep he fumbled on. We have skill position players who can do that. I don’t like the option play as a staple ( which it seems to be). He showed great pocket awareness today! If it breaks down and he can get some with his legs cool but the designed runs need to be held for special occasions.
  10. Junk TD but it still sucks👿
  11. Darnold does some stupid stuff😂
  12. Edmunds wiffed Bigtime👿
  13. Wide right on his first kick? Ooof
  14. Second half has started ULEASH THE HOUNDS!!!!!
  15. Our O line is not winning in the middle on run plays. Hard to gain yards when you are getting first contact behind the line of scrimmage, consistently. Second have should have more outside runs and pitches
  16. In this game he has hit 8 different receivers. He’s shown pocket presence and accuracy . Hes got dnough time against a good D line to hit the checkdown. Daboll doesn’t need to be calling option plays and QB sweeps. Singletary, Moss and Knox could run the sweep instead of the QB.
  17. We KNOW Allen can’t be trusted to carry the ball. That makes the fumbles Unforced errors. Defenses already know it and it’s only going to get worse
