  1. Me too. I also live in NC. Would this only be a game or two that would be shown nationally? I get the Sunday Ticket to guarantee I can see ALL the games. I assume these would be early starts which means I don’t see them live. NOT HAPPY?
  2. My fear!!! We live in the country and our “ high speed” leaves a lot to be desired with drop outs being a regular thing. It’s bad enough when DTV has a glitch. I can’t risk missing ten minutes of a game.
  3. Dying, dying, dying for real football news and videos Because of Covid. Life is so freakin bleak and nerve racking that I need the escape. This team is poised to be special and it is so close I can taste it. I firmly believe JA takes the next step and our O is top 10 . Can’t wait to obliterate the Jets?
  4. Agree on roster expansion. This years good teams will be determined to a large part on chance but also on two other things: A full organizational ability to buy into the need to isolate and be selfless. I think each and everyone of us are already mentally and emotional fried with this year. I couldn’t imagine having to re- up my dedication at this moment for a possible 7 month slog where my health was as important to the organization as everyone else’s. A trainer Or equipment guy or custodian with Covid Is every bit as valuable as a player. Anyone can screw a team up this year. That is a wrinkle that can’t be understated. Also, a GM and front office that works hand in hand with their coaching staff is a HUGE advantage this year. The five day waiting period and weekly practice squad exemption/ evaluation in concert with the 48 hour poaching period is three dimensional chess. The one question I didn’t hear was in regards to the Tuesday cut off. Is there and difference for those playing Monday or Thursday night games. IMO they should at least kill the Thursday night games for the season but I don’t think they will due to TV contracts+revenue.
  5. My kid ( Div. 1 Track scholarship) goes to UNC Asheville Saturday. So far, they are still set to run within their division ( Big South) He is staying off campus and about half his classes are in person. Nope, they are honoring scholarships.
  6. Also, it will be fun as heck to watch Moss, Singletary and JA run roughshod up the middle of that D.
  7. This whole season will have an asterisk..... Who cares? The biggest victory will be getting to watch Football.
  8. Been saying this since his rookie season. Cam is an “ inaccurate “ passer also?
  9. Actually, he’s impersonating Cam looking at the ball on the turf during the Super Bowl ?
  10. WTF is wrong with all of you?????? 69 freaking pages?????? ?????
  11. NY vs Texas, my man. Southern cops are NASCAR fans with guns?
  12. This is close to what I see. If Diggs and Smoke both go 1000+ He is more than halfway to 4000. This comes down to long ball accuracy improvement IMO. I think he does improve. Add in a better short Passing game game with the Backs and Knox and Beasely holding serve and I’m at 4000 and 25-28 passing TDs. The Red Herring is the “ No preseason”. This is uncharted territory. With a team that has been together three years now ( 2nd year for O) I think this allows us to take a sizable lead in the East over NY and Miami. Cam/ NE are an enigma. These 2 games Could help or hurt JA’s numbers, big time. Lastly, Do Roman/McD play a more open offense or are we still going conservative when we have a 7 point lead over teams, bad ones especially. I for one would like to see some 35-7 drubbings of the Jets and Miami( with their injury prone rookie QB taking his first hits in the regular season?)
  13. The players want their money. The league wants their advertising and TV money. What is the one thing that could make the NFL even more popular than they already are? An American public that is craving ANY escape from the insanity that is this country currently. The viewership would be up across the board.
  14. They did cut Benjamin? That counts for something. Point taken. Still, he needs to catch almost everything. Especially the drive extending catches in big games when it’s crunch time, regardless of the skill required.
  15. Final thought: When is the last time we saw our team, full of players saying and doing the right thing to correct their shortcomings? I see a bunch of self aware future leaders, not BSing or passing the buck but owning their mistakes while trying to correct them. It isn’t always the most talented team that wins but the TEAM team that wins. It has been decades since we have seen this from the Bills.
  16. Good QBs spread the ball based on split second decisions under pressure. These were Josh decisions and correct ones that resulted in excruciating drops in big games. Last year was a learning/ building season. How many complain about not giving players Tre time they need to grow? Until this team stops getting better( which they did last year with a completely retooled O) I will trust the coaches patience.
  17. Between this game and The NE game, they were two of the most crucial, drive stopping drops the whole season! He catches both of them and we possibly win one of these games. For me, even though it was excruciating to watch, it was part of the learning curve for both the player and the team. A year of experience can be an invaluable thing to future SB winner?
  18. This is Great to read. I was under the impression that he was over thinking the catch itself, causing himself to tighten up and muff the easy ones. If he is right about this, then he is set to have an insanely good break out year. This offense with a top level TE added to a legit downfield # 1 receiver? ??????????????? This is what was so consternating: How could he make circus catches and drop give mes?
  19. In terms of continuity of staffs and Quality rosters from the previous season(s). Especially on Offense. We are just be of those teams.
