I never wavered off 13-3. Unless we start Barkley against the Fins and rest a bunch of starters we will end 13-3. ( I would prefer 12-4 and rested guys with the last game being meaningless, though) All the preseason talk about “ Tough schedule” and the panic after an injury riddled squad dropped a couple games against quality opponents didn’t cause me to blink. It’s a marathon, not a sprint, and you want to have some “ kick” for the final laps. We are currently well positioned.

I thought about starting a thread about the drive and was surprised no one did. 7 minutes 22 seconds left on the clock? That is eight seconds shy of 1/8 of the game!!! And Pittsburg had their timeouts to boot😜 We have spent a couple decades of Sundays watching that happen to the Bills. It was surreal to actually see us do it, especially after watching that D tear us up in the first half. We either wore them out or they quit. Invaluable experience going into the playoffs.

I hope Davis is super hungry and takes advantage of the opportunity to have Diggs as a mentor. Diggs’ footwork is unreal. Some of it is natural ability but a huge part of it is hard work/ repetition. Watching Diggs lose defenders is like watching Tyson knock people out in his prime.

I think this goes back to Daboll and the atmosphere he has created. I wouldn’t be the least bit surprised if Daboll didn’t let Beasely and Brown know that he wanted to run a Wide Open passing Offense if he had the pieces and that they would be a huge part of it. I think Beasely and Brown already knew Josh, as well, and knew there would be plenty to go around.

Awesome read😍 This is such a special moment to be a Bills fan. Us older guys know it. Diggs and Allen have the potential to be an all time great tandem. And we are just at the beginning of this marvelous ride.

My hope is, in the future, the “ adjustment”doesn’t take till halftime. Sometimes, the other team is just playing better. Clearly the Steelers front 7 was getting a good rush to start the game and Josh was having a hard time with it. Was it Daboll or was it Josh being stubborn?

I honestly have thought about this over the years. Someone posted a preseason thread asking if others weren’t as excited this year as they usually would be and many weren’t ( which surprised me) I mention it because it’s the same sort of question. I don’t think a SB victory now will feel like Bill Giants if we’d won. I’m older, more jaded and world weary. I LOVE the Bills and fervently hope we win one soon , this year being a distinct possibility, but I already don’t feel the same. However, the bragging would be fun and retiring all the “ Oh 44 “ and “ Boy I Like Losing” jokes would be very welcome. Honestly, if we play this right, we could become the next Patriots .

This can’t be right!!!! Those of us who said LJ was not a pure passer and his MVP season was a one off..... we were haters, jealous of his success. I hope you aren’t suggesting that he was “ figured out”😉
