I'd get to the heart of talent evaluation and player development pre and post draft, make o line a priority. Try and trade Diggs for massive assets ( i know its crazy but hes 30 soon and we need to start thinking about future and his trade vslue is still high), replace d and offensive coordinators possibly, draft weapons, not pay Edmunds( more then like 12 mil) trade Oliver. Try and reload for season after next in a better cap management position with younger talent on the side of the ball that matters most. ( offense)

This. I stated this before and this regime needs to either draft better or let its rookies grow and learn sooner. We can't get one year of useful production out of a pick. It makes this model unsustainable.
