Personally, I am hoping for a Peterman start and win. It would be pretty awesome to identify the Jets as the one and only team that Nathan Peterman ever beat. The NY tabloids would have a field day.

We'll see how it works out, the Rams clearly don't overvalue draft picks. I understand going all-in while having a cheap QB, but they better win in all in the next couple years or they are going to be in some trouble, IMO.

Yes, they averaged 29.9 last year with Sammy. Then, after letting him walk, they are averaging 33.2 this year. Addition by subtraction? Stats are fun!

It is hard to criticize the Rams right now, obviously, but that Sammy trade was bad. I thought they had to have a plan in place to extend him after trading a 2nd for him.

Great. And I'm sure the Bills would have wanted him too, but for less than whatever ridiculous amount it would have taken to entice him to sign an extension. Getting a second for a guy that was going to walk the following year was a win.

This is the type of dishonest BS that makes discussion impossible. And there is no way that you actually believe it. What are the Rams points per game post Sammy? Can you think of any other possible reason why the Rams started scoring a lot of points last year? Can you think of any other possible reason why the Chiefs starting scoring more points this year? I bet you can if you try real hard. Other than their 3rd leading receiver? And yes, Sammy's 28 catches for 430 yards and 2 TD's were the key to the Bills scoring in 2016. My god.

Just so they could be "right" about their pre-draft opinions on the players. Personally, I liked Rosen more than Allen. But I certainly don't pretend to know more then the teams with actual access to these kids.

So what is that your criticisms, or lack thereof, are driven by your preconceptions. Had Rosen looked good last night, this place would have been lousy with "I told you so!" Since he looked like Peterman, his supporters resort to the same excuses that Allen supporters use. It's all very predictable.
