  1. And Von and Jones rendered ineffective due to their injuries, along with our safeties
  2. Lee Smith is a blocking TE. While Knox hasn't really broke out like I thought he would, he offers a lot more than that. He is very athletic. I think he and Kincaid will be a very nice tandem.
  3. Knox is still the highest paid skill position player on the team. Kincaid is not his replacement, they want to play two TE's
  4. Not too hard to check the stats. Last year was a down year playing through the wrist injury, but the prior two seasons Dawson had 15 regular season TDs. And he has 6 postseason TD's in 10 games.
  5. I bet Shavers has a better shot at sticking. There's been talk about him staying in Buffalo and working all year and he has a reputation as a top special teams player.
  6. Yes Can you provide me with KC's WR2 statistics for last season?
  7. Always love how you include KC's TE's in the receiving analysis, but for the Bills it's strictly the WR corps... MVS was clearly not WR4 for KC
  8. No You had him on par with Gabe. Doesn't sound too back to compete for the back end of the roster
  9. LOL, you spent all last year arguing about how good he was! I figured you'd be ecstatic...
  10. Don’t like the player but I do like the approach. we are throwing numbers at the position to see who rises to the occasion. Competition. I think it’s likely that a couple of MVS/Hamler/Cephus/Hollins/Claypool/Isabella/Shorter/Shavers could emerge as serviceable
  11. Striker was 6' 220 and maxed out at 9 sacks in college. Pretty different than 6'1 250 with 16 sacks in one year to lead all of FCS. Also has an unusually long wingspan for his height
  12. Did he say that this year? If so I missed it.
  13. I just watched a video of KC's rookie mini camp. I've never seen legs like Worthy's, they are toothpicks. I find it hard to believe that body will hold up.
  14. Better than the steaming hot takes after the draft before any days
  15. Any answer that doesn’t include Peters is wrong. He’s by far the best player
  16. I think Claypool's best shot is to fill Gabe's role as the vertical threat. Much of his early success was on vertical routes with Ben.
  17. We should be terrified of Beane and McDermott getting fired, not championing it like many here. God only knows the hires this ownership would make.
  18. I think they're different. Grable and Clayton are projections based on potential. Soloman has a track record of incredible production but just lacks prototypical size.
  19. I'm pleased with the approach. Our usual "type" at end seem to lack twitch off the edge. Even as a designated pass rusher there is value and it is a clear need.
  20. I don’t necessarily agree with that, based on what I’ve seen
  21. I’m tired of our small finesse WR’s getting bullied. Give me Coleman. Plays much faster than that timed speed
  22. Newton is intriguing. I like Fiske and Jenkins too, maybe one (obviously not Newton) might last to 60
  23. I wouldn't be thrilled with a corner.
  24. Anyone think one of these two wrestling centers- Powers-Johnson and Frazier- might be in play? I think it's interior OL, DeJean, or another trade back.
