  1. But they make up for their terrible tackles with horrible receivers
  2. Some might call it a metamorphosis year
  3. His deep ball has always been pretty bad. Just doesn’t throw a catchable deep ball. amazing arm strength but he just ropes them down there. Very little room for error or ability to track without much arc. some of the best deep ball throwers- like Tua for example- don’t have plus arm strength. They just loft it up and it’s easier to track and adjust to so you don’t have to be pin point accurate
  4. We didn’t know they were going to punt to the four. I imagine bills fans of all people would understand 30 plus seconds-or whaler had- would be enough to potentially get in FG range. Especially with a touchback
  5. As I was following the conversation, the criticism of the throw to Hollins was on the last offensive sequence
  6. Probably so, especially when Shakir is not out there. and this build clearly makes no sense if we are not going to use Kincaid as a volume target
  7. They never won with Moss. And you can’t possibly think guys like Edelman and Welker would have been nearly as good without Brady.
  8. That’s true. And lost in the screaming about WR is our massive investment at TE. The lack of use has been mind boggling and just more examples of a disconnect between player acquisition and usage.
  9. Not only that but the throw- like all the others yesterday- was terrible.
  10. People can’t actually be this dense to criticize passing on the last offensive sequence? I can only imagine the outrage after three runs, followed by 3 timeouts and the same outcome. “Conservative McClappy turtles again!” We needed at least to get the first down to get to OT and there was enough time to think about getting the game winning FG. But I guess we need to focus on anything but Teflon going 9-30.
  11. How could you tell if he was playing concussed or not?
  12. Just wait until you find out his opinion of Dawkins!
  13. Not to mention Antonio Brown!
  14. It would take a massive philosophical shift. If we had the cap space to take on the contract I could see it happening. Since we don't it would require LV taking on the salary which increases the required compensation. We have quite a bit of draft capital, but Beane loves his draft picks too much to part with what would be required in this scenario for a 31 year old rental.
  15. I think it's time for some recipes
  16. I bet we can get this thing to 100 pages by the weekend!
  17. Lol, I like it. Rocky Aloha
  18. I bet his club head speed is still elite
  19. The D line continues to be my biggest frustration with this build. Massive investment for often invisible play. Groot is FAR too inconsistent. He has flashes of dominance and then you don't see him for weeks. Oliver is similar. Espensesa is not even that. Jones does not appear to be the same player he showed early last year. All of these big draft pick investments and we had to go out and sign Von to a big deal because we still needed an impact player. Then he got hurt and is now 35. With all of the capital invested in this unit it should be much more consistently impactful.
  20. I wonder what key players the Chiefs next opponent will be without? Maybe missing multiple onlinemen like this week?
  21. Does anyone have any good examples of an in-season trade like this putting a team over the top?
