Training Camp - 8/10 - 9:45am - Final day at Fisher (No Pads)

There are others factors too that give hope. Beyond adding McGovern and Torrence, Edwards and Shell seem to be quality depth signings. Ike another year removed from injury and hopefully a healthy ascending Brown. But most importantly, IMO, is another year in Kromer's system. I'm expecting a good unit. -
The only problem is it shows baseball

It says Neal right in the Tweet

Bills release first official depth chart of 2023

Joe B says the only reason Torrence gets so many 1st string reps is because Bates is getting 2nd string center reps and he can't take all the 1st string guard reps plus all those center reps. Bates is outperforming Torrence but they are managing his reps. -
Not nearly the same discussion. Diggs: 108 catches for 1,400+ and 11 TD's Kelce: 110 catches for 1,300+ and 12 TD's They're the same caliber receiving weapon. Kelce is a TE in name only.

Ok, we'll see what kind of contract Gabe gets compared to the other two to see how they're valued. My point is that they are in the same category simply as both being top tier weapons.
-
Oline only became a strength for the Chiefs this past year. Prior to that it was poor, remember that TB SB?
-
Diggs is in the same category as Kelce. I would say that Gabe and Crowder were at least on par with JuJu and MVS. A one legged Gabe and IR'd Crowder is a different story.

released injured. -
Do we really cut many 5th round picks?

I agree. The one concern I have- as you noted- is pass protection. That will get him off the field quick.

Where are you seeing this? -
Besides doing the most important thing possible what has he done?!?!
-
How could anyone tell?
-
And where is Bernard now?
-
Nah, Beane said directly after the draft that they were starting him at WLB- that was always the plan. That's why there was so much confusion over the pick. He backtracked on that in the Spring a bit but they've settled on him starting outside. I think the plan is to slot him in the middle next year after he has some experience under his belt.
-
He was always going to excel in this portion of camp. The real test will be how he deals with physicality when the pads come on.

Did you get an erection typing this scenario out?

Hines had been like a top 5 pass catching RB since 2018. He was more than just a returner.
-
That entire situation last year was bizarre. Attempt to sign McKissic, sign Duke Johnson, rumored to be in on McCaffery, draft Cook, trade for Hines... A very obvious attempt to stock the team with pass catching backs only to never throw to the backs!
-
Lol, not even close. You won the freaking World Series in 2015. And it's sad that Yankees fans are resorting to their string of "winning seasons." With their payroll discrepancy it would be an absolute shock to have a losing record. Maybe they can hang a banner for that, lol. A well run org is one like the Rays. A team that consistently competes without the massive payroll advantages. Not a team that just throws money around in the most idiotic way possible.

I wouldn't sell yourself short.
