Sure, there was some of that. There were also times where he miraculously got out of unblocked pressure. Olineman can be graded out separately from the QB play. We have some that are better at run blocking than pass protection.

Wake me when he throws for more that 4,000 yards, Ryan's minimum of acceptable QB play. Who missed more games, Dez or Sammy? Bills WR's were a complete disaster for most of the year. Yes, Dallas has the best Oline in football and was far superior to ours in pass protection last year. And somehow, Shady's success has become a knock on Tyrod. So I guess the same can be said for Zeke. Look, I don't love Tyrod, I just hate all the nonsense posts on the subject. I think if you switch Tyrod and Dak last year, there is very little difference in the teams records.

I CAN see a criticism of even deciding to do this series. I mean an article of what to do with Bush is just a complete waste of time. I'd much rather see a series of possible FA fits regardless of which team they currently play for. Much more interesting and relevant.

He has it all, but what's most important to me are his elite intangibles. I have to think he is going to be a late riser in the draft process, but right now it's considered possible for us to get him. I think that is crazy. For a team in QB purgatory, there is no way we could or should pass on him. Watson, Shady, Sammy and Clay is an instant Super bowl caliber offense.

Of course, and I would have those hopes for whoever we end up starting. However, I have identified Watson as MY guy. I have the highest hopes for him. Who is your guy, John? Do you see Tyrod having a better career than Watson?
