  1. Depends on which Bar Bill. East Aurora is A+. The Clarence/Williamsville is a C-. Haven’t eaten at the Rochester location but expect it to be like the latter.
  2. Had them 10-7 with the expectation that Milano wouldn’t be 100% so I’ll keep that. I still think we make the playoffs, but divisional games will determine if it’s as a WC or AFCE champs. I did not expect Claypool to make out 53 so that doesn’t change anything for me.
  3. giving up on Coleman already? (kidding)
  4. I would think he is out for the season and, quite frankly, that we have seen the last of him in a Bills uniform. Teams get 8 players they can bring back from IR. Up to 2 of those can be IRed on final cutdown day with a designation to return. But that counts toward the team’s 8 whether or not they return. I doubt they use one of those on the off chance he makes it back. Now if the Bills cut Reid Ferguson for a day so they can keep Milano on the 53 and IR him in season, then there is hope. Next season Milano is set to make $10M in new money. He’ll be 31 and will be coming off of two significant injuries. He’s either going to take a big pay cut or he will be released in March (probably with a post 6/1 designation). And that all sucks. He’s one of my favorite Bills. But that’s the reality of it all.
  5. Yup. They’re pushing hard to win the division and have some hope in the playoffs. They could get in and win a playoff game this season.
  6. I can see the Bills getting a draft here to showcase their new stadium. We can’t have a SB so it seems fair to get a draft.
  7. Falcons got robbed
  8. fantastic. thanks, I needed the chuckle today.
  9. I doubt that Milano would accept an injury settlement. No reason he shouldn’t get his whole salary this season. Also it would be a bad look for the Bills. Making him a June 1st cut designation next offseason makes sense though. Which sucks because he’s one of my favorite players, but I can see it happening. His cash payouts jump up to about $10M in 2025 & 2026. Tough to tie that up in an already 30 year old player who may be breaking down physically. Its a sad day. Contract
  10. This acquisition could be of enormous value. While he is not Milano he is a quality player. He has had some injuries, but he was healthy all of last season.
  11. @HappyDays has already earned his credibility here. You’ve only been around for a year so you may not have been aware of that
  12. Am anxiously awaiting actual information. Hopefully it’ll be good news rather than something that makes the rest of this thread look like the “good part”.
  13. An injury settlement would allow the Bills or another team to sign him when he’s healthy.
  14. Good for you! I’m not sure what yard line that puts you on, but IMO front row, upper deck seats are the best you can get.
  15. Ray Lewis Aaron Hernandez OJ Simpson Dishonorable mentions to: Rae Carruth Randy Gregory
  16. Yep. Nothing earth shattering, but nice to have some confirmation.
  17. I could absolutely murder a makhni.
  18. Got some tidbits from someone that regularly speaks with GMs. Recent leaks are from SF and not completely accurate. They are trying to show SF in a good light and having been offered better comp than they were. Aiyuk and his agents overplayed their hands and rubbed teams the wrong way with demands and lack of willingness to negotiate. SF is currently the only option for Aiyuk. That could change if his camp’s tactics change, but there is no sign of that happening.
  19. The way I understand betting is that a $100 bet on a result with +180 odds returns $180 if you win. If you put $100 on both the Jets and Bills, then you’d lose $20 if one of them wins the division. (Two $100 bets invested and one $180 in winnings.) Or you’d lose all $200 if the Phins or Pats wins it.
  20. At least he’d be in the NFC. But I agree, it could make getting a SB win tougher.
  21. I remember seeing a stat during that season that Allen had more turnovers than turnover worthy plays. Typically that stat is a little under 50% for QBs. There looked like there was some terrible luck early in that season. Edit: For those unfamiliar with the TO Worthy Play metric, here’s an example. A pass that hits a DB and is dropped would qualify, but one that hits a WR in the hands, gets popped up into the air and picked off would not.
  22. I can see Vrabel coaching Philly next season.
  23. For context, both the Browns proposal and Bills new stadium had 50-50 financing with overruns borne by the team. The Bills financials for their open stadium were $1.7B total, with $850M coming from the public. $250M from Erie county and $600M from NYS. The Haslams want a $2.4B domed stadium with $1.2B coming from the public. So bigger numbers for the dome, but more utility for the building. Also some inflation in the numbers. Overruns borne by the team are smart public policy.
  24. I’ve had it for years and love it. It’s a great deal if you love football. The condensed game format allows me to watch almost every NFL game. 45 min per game (or thereabouts). Pretty much just snap to whistle so most of the garbage commentary is gone, which is nice. There’s also a coaches film option which gives the All 22 views.
