I think maybe one thing he has that the others may not have is, there is always a chance with him. Sure if you’re down 1 or two scores with 5 mins left the others are in that conversation. But if we were down 16 needing (2) 2 point conversions, I would trust Josh more. Or maybe not even trust. Just a “have faith” that he is going to either do it or go down swinging.

If anything it may have teams wait longer to see if a qb develops.

No. There are some fans that love the win but know, looking down the road this is a more than probable, one and done playoff team. The same people with wooo! We won!! We beat the Pats! Will be the ones saying after a first round playoff loss “what the hell man look at our record! We are better than this” The glaring problems need to get fixed otherwise we get smacked around like the Titans game.

While I also agree with your take on a balanced team and improving one side will help the other; if we added him like the OP said...now that’s at LEAST 4 guys on the field you have to account for. 5 if you’re all in on the Davis train and I sure as hell am. And 6 with Josh taking off. We would be the “keep up with the points” team we always wanted to be.
