  1. Now where is that one guy who stalked me on here when I said there was zero chance Tyrod was on the team in 2018... But seriously, Beane is a con man for getting an almost 2nd round pick for a guy who was last in passing under multiple offensive coordinators and had numerous good receivers run out of town because of his ineptitude.
  2. While Mayfield isn't my first or even second choice, comparing him to Tyrod is ridiculous. Mayfield's accuracy is above and beyond anything you've seen from Tyrod.
  3. Hindsight? Was Khalil Mack available, yes or no? You should go watch tennis, you really know dick about football. Sammy was not the best player on the board at 4, only in your world where you two are happily married living on a yacht in San Fransisco Bay.
  4. His production speaks for itself. It's bad. He's bad. You're bad and should feel bad. I've never seen a person make so many excuses for an average player.
  5. I think he's the ideal fit for Buffalo. He would love to be a part of a team where the fanbase blames everyone but him for his terrible play.
  6. The mid season trade for Benjamin put the kibosh on Matthews being the number 1. Injuries ruined his chance at being the number 2.
  7. I can't believe the hype around this guy. He didn't look great throwing the ball at the combine. His deep ball is especially terrible. He is almost exactly the same player as Tyrod.
  8. Sammy is a turd, always will be. Complete joke that Whaley drafted him as high as he did.
  9. These are mocks done with a draft simulator. There are only so many teams that can draft so many players, anything can happen.
  10. If they're going to do anything about the catch rules they'll have to dump everyone and start from scratch. This is a good start.
  11. 21: R1P21 QB JOSH ALLEN WYOMING 22: R1P22 EDGE MARCUS DAVENPORT UTSA 53: R2P21 DL HARRISON PHILLIPS STANFORD 56: R2P24 C JAMES DANIELS IOWA 96: R3P32 RB NICK CHUBB GEORGIA 121: R4P21 OT ALEX CAPPA HUMBOLDT STATE 158: R5P21 LB JACK CICHY WISCONSIN 166: R5P29 WR TRE'QUAN SMITH UCF
  12. 6 rushing TDs and 66 1st downs out of their run game last year. For comparison the Bills had double the touchdowns and nearly double the 1st downs and we were still middle of the pack. Barkley seems like a no brainer for them.
  13. Why doesn't anyone have the Giants picking Barkley? Eli and that offense would certainly benefit from having a top running game.
  14. Seriously. Especially if the Giants stay put and select Barkley. Not like Luck has really won anything but a bunch of regular season games anyways. Might be time to admit that he may not come back or more than likely will be a shell of his former self.
  15. As they say, the truth is in the middle somewhere. I think talent wise, the line is better than they played. I think that also had a lot to do with that awful zone blocking scheme. They were still more than effective on power runs. I won't get into pass blocking because you can't judge that with a guy that holds the ball and scrambles.
  16. It doesn't matter where the play comes from honestly. It's whether or not you have the giant cojones to call it.
  17. People said our last receiving corps was terrible too, but they've all gone on to be great. I wonder what the one common denominator is in this situation...
  18. The best thing that happened to the Bills in terms of free agency was going to the playoffs this year. Anyone they bring in, they can basically sell it as we want to bring you in to win a Super Bowl, not just make the playoffs. That goes for QBs and other positions alike.
  19. He's always been my least favorite announcer. And just when I thought there was no way I could think any less of him, he has his little Patriots homer fit and calls a catch and run for a touchdown an incomplete pass. The guy is an absolute joke.
  20. The problem with "surviving the ground" is that as soon as a knee, elbow whatever hits the ground, the play is dead. Cowher actually explained it perfectly on CBS when they did their segment about catch/no-catch. Hand under ball when they player hits the ground, it's a catch. Two feet in bounds, control of the ball, catch and when he steps out, play is over. Ball crosses the plane or is controlled at any point in the endzone, play is dead, touchdown. They've changed the definition of when a play is over, which has really screwed everything up. And just to add on to the passing game, they need to get rid of the spot foul PI calls. Too many times there's contact by both corner and receiver but the offense gets the call. 15 yard, automatic first down is plenty.
  21. Tyrod is none of those things. He's awful in any system. On the flip side, KB was excellent in Carolina, Clay has always been good, Thompson made some big plays, O'Leary is if nothing else a dependable target and McCoy is one of the best receiving backs in the league. Then you have the guys he's run out of town with his ****ty play, Hogan, Woods, Watkins, Goodwin. Thankfully Tyrod will be gone. Maybe he'll take some of his fans with him.
  22. Would rather have Thompson. The receivers aren't bad, it's the guy throwing them the football that's bad.
  23. You don't need to pick in the top 5 to find a good QB. Hell, you don't even have to pick in the first round. You want to be a consistently good team, you better learn how to scout outside the top 10.
