The orlando sentinel said all players get 3 year $250000 contracts so 80+ per year. Or about same as CFL i believe.

This post makes me realize just how little i watched this year- Harris would have been my lowest TE and Suh would habe been my highest DL. My picks though would be saffold , WR williams, TE cooks, jordan phillips- who i think is good rotation guy and Juwan James .
-
Does cfl have three year rule also? Where does a guy go if he does not want college but wants to be pro?
-
I will disagree with you and will point out that to many guys losing 40 grand to show your abilities and potentially make a million is worth it. Also showed during game- more UFA in NFL than any round besides first. First impressions can change. BTW " your a damn fool Happy" love that movie as does my 13 and 8 year old who have seen edited versions.

Officials on the field seem like the better nfl officials from what i saw- the AAF is far superior in review. The lady in orlando explains her thoughts and told her helpers to find a angle that shows her something different or it stays. I have enjoyed games so far. My overall opinion is except for QB play this league represents mainly rotational NFL talent. RB and WR seem like talent wise equal to most 2nd stringers- could be Bills recievers this past year. Hopefully not next year.

I will be watching at least some but the issue will be how the new teammates bond. I saw some Gleague basketball last night and the team mates played well tpgether so it was entertaining.

It is amazing how good he is considering he went to a local high school in orlando but no one thought he would be the best player from area that year.

do they assist you in resales? I have Orlando Magic tickets and team allows me to resale directly from app. it makes keeping cost reasonable very easy. Of course the fact the preseason in NBA is 3% vs 20% makes a difference. I sell about half my games for a profit and my therefore my annual cost works out to be quite cheap for the games I actually attend.

The Phantom Hold and why the NFL is dying
Orlando Buffalo replied to Estelle Getty's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The problem with the officiating in the NFL is they often call what they expect not what they saw and it is often extremely inconsitent. It is not a conspiracy to point out that last season i had no idea what constitutes a proper catch. It is not conspiracy to point out that some rules and more strictly enforced than others. And it is not conspiracy to point out that in a 3-3 game in the 4th qtr that call had a huge impact. I do not think OP was calling it a set up but simply pointing out the only worse officials are in the WWE. -

I agree with you- i have watched much less NFL the past few years because of the officiating being atrocious. Why watch something where the most incompentent people on the field are in charge? It does not have to be never to be valid because on balance it is about 4 to 1 close calls going their way. My father in law is a pats* lover and loves to point out how eagles one td last should have been overturned. It is the only one he has but he is right. -
We are not disagreeing that much- I give Rams D credit for plan and execution but at no point do I think Pats* D did more than put it into Goffs hands with the knowledge he is not smart enough to beat them. Good team make the weak link beat them but Goff was very weak.

I have no problem with great defensive games but this seemed more about bad offense than good defense. Goff was awful, Brady was pedestrian, the running backs were not even average, and Edelman was the only reciever on either side who did crap. The defenses were good but 16 combined points is more due to offenses sucking than defenses.

I watch him play and it seems as if he cheated for his first 7 years and then started improving once he played the game fair. It is like a guy who hits 45 homers a year for 7 years with a corked bat and then stops using a corked bat and goes for 60 homers. I can not explain it but am curious if anyone has a plausible theory.

Tyrod Taylor has 'nothing but love' for Buffalo
Orlando Buffalo replied to wppete's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I will always appreciate Tyrod for his part in ending streak. I will appreciate his work ethic and willing to be whatbtje coaches asked of him. He though has definite limits that i am glad Allen does not. -
Someone stated earlier that they like 3rd round picks which i agree with. I would generally prefer 8 picks from 30- 100 than 2 from 1-20 simply due to more likely to hit on 25% of top 100 than 100% of top 20. I am basing this exchange rate on what top ten draft picks usually get.

Potential Bubble players from Spotrac
Orlando Buffalo replied to BarleyNY's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Part of the star equation is who replaces him? They need a space eater which he does well. If he could do more he would be all pro.
