I have said since we drafted him that the Jets lost a chance to have a poor man's Bell in Singletary, they have similar styles and effectiveness. Obviously Singletary has been more available this year so therefore more valuable

I would certainly rather spend 25 million on 4 WR who are good but not elite then spend 30 on 2 elite recievers and need to be cheap after that. Your 4th reciever needs to be able to make plays because almost any single reciever can removed from a game plan.

I do not think there is any chance he is not cut at that price and saving. He is not worth the 7.2 million in savings.

If he was one on one with such a good defensive end and the offense played that well then I am confident he is not terrible. If Joe is simply stating his skill set is more in line with a guard then I can accept it but do not say he was dominated when our line generally was so much better than theirs.

I will be leaving my 2 week "vacation" in Buffalo on the 4th so I will not be traveling any further than my couch to see football for at least a few weeks.

I agree with this but also think McDermott is such a good coach he might be able to come up with a plan that makes Lamar much less of threat. If Lamar I'd not so dangerous then I think we will win.

I believe that every year the committee must pick between 4-7 players. I think he might get help from it being a weak year but I was amazed by Zach Thomas being All Pro 5 times.

If anyone knows how officials are graded I would be interested because it would probably show that once an official gets to the NFL they can be lazy and stay there being paid well.

That moment was were I thought of Jauron but he is mainly different in that he makes more adjustments and offensively he has built a team around his philosophy vs Jauron who seemed to do the opposite.

Dak did get the call on his head first slide with similar contact from Hughes. If you watched that game you would think a head first slide is protected but a feet first is not.

I have not seen either but my 14 year old son saw new one in theater- he enjoyed it and thought it was overall very accurate and not over the top in the CGI. He is a WWII buff and I trust his opinion.

I had forgotten this one- my FIL stated the flag was due to his intent- since he meant to cream him that it is part of rule. Sad part is as a Pat's* fan he likely actually believed intent is part of rule. I generally like Romo and I think what Romo was trying to insinuate is that the officials are not a high level group. Basically that all teams get screwed by the officials randomly.

What is crazy to me is I bet AB rejecting Buffalo probably made this team even tighter to each other. Football players love the us vs the world mentality and AB made it more apparent

That drive was when I truly felt this team had potential for greatness. Dallas has a good D and to be able to do that to them in crunch time was impressive

I think the rule is simply if you don't look and there is contact then it is supposed to be called PI, regardless of who initiated. I do not like rule overall but I believe that is rule.
