If you read the article the logic does not follow a proper timeline and also ignores the fact the guy probably got it when he was running his bar because NYC was the last City to shut down.

I am wondering why the media is not calling for the firing of Chris Cuomo- he had active Covid 19 and went on a bike ride with his family and was around other people knowing he was going to spread the illness. The dude literally commuted a crime while knowingly endangering the people of NY but they all let it slide because he is a liberal.

I think he might do that so definitely try but if not I doubt he sits out.

As I stated prior we do have a different opinion-I think you had a very unrealistic expectation of Sammy. He is less than I expected but a long way from a bust. Anyone who expects "a generational talent" is setting themselves up for a major disappointment.

You just spend a lot of effort to agree with what I said- you hold Sammy responsible for what Whaley traded for him. I do not hold him responsible for it- therefore he is not a bust in my mind.

I just looked at his game logs the last 7 weeks of the season and he only average 50 yards rushing per game down the stretch. Now I did not watch them a lot so there could be other reasons but my first thought is all of the hits he has received are weighing on him. If not his attitude is most likely the reason no one wants him because the talent seems to be there.

He is not looking for choirboys but guys with good work ethics and from the stories coming out Fournette does not have a good work ethic. Though with the discord at Jax maybe the rep is not proper.

I don't want anything to do with any of them on this list unless they cut, the contracts are too large for who they are.

The problem for the Jets is that the main draw is NYC and not the organization itself. If I am young and rich like some of these kids I would love to live there especially with the endorsement opportunities but the Jets do not make my business life better.

I finally understand what you are all saying- you think Sammys worth is weighed against the multiple picks it took to make his selection happen. By that standard I have to assume you feel Goff is a failure as well since he was two first and two seconds plus more and is average also. As for him being a net positive as I will stand by the fact he was the best player on the field at least 7 times while a Bill.

How do so many think Sammy is the worst value? Mike Williams and Maybin literally were net negatives and Sammy was a net positive while obviously not as the level we had hoped. Sammy was the best player on the field multiple times during his time here while Maybin and Williams were the worst every time they got on field.

With worst is Maybin or Mike Williams and no one else is even in the discussion. How do you compare the negative worth of each player in simply taking a roster spot?

I had to change my mind when I saw the 4 million a year. I would consider him if he gets cut and we can get him cheap- 2 years at 3 million total- but he is limited despite being a nice compliment to Singletary

The other thing with the picture is angle can change what you see, especially if it is intentionally blurry. If the pic was taken 20 feet in air those people might be much further apart then they look in picture

As I look at the list the biggest progression appears to be in lineman- I think Jim Brown and Van Brocklin along with the recievers would still be a great but all the Lineman from the 50's, not to mention earlier, would get destroyed today.

I understand- I have heard many times how bad academically the SEC schools are based on the football players alone but obviously that guy was going to the extreme the other direction

Alabama is a very good school academically as long as you exempt the athletes, which is true of any school that regularly is top 5 in sports.

The issue I have with this kind of comment is that EJ had his best 4 games in his first 4 games. He was never put into a situation to improve and the offense was never tailored to him at all. We might be better off in his failing so badly but he was never given a chance.

Three months is obviously much longer than one but mainly because we have only been attacking this problem for 6 weeks right now and some companies know how to make them right now but they must ramp up production.

I think in the first two years AJ Dillion is the best back from this class. I think he will be a beast until about his third year and he breaks down fast.

I understand that right now we do not have proper test but I bet we have them within 3 months which is July, so then maybe a month delay to real games into October.
