Still waiting on that kickoff time announcement. Don’t they know we have flights to book?
I am with ya- does it matter who wins NFC west? The game will be played in Pacific time zone- make a choice

Let’s start Barkley! He earned it today. ?
This joke is not funny to me after 1999 and Johnson over Flutie. Don't make it again ?

I think the starters should at least play a few series. Both times, coming out after a week off (preseason week 4 and bye week 6), they came out a little imprecise. They had a lot of mental mistakes vs NYJ week 1 and didn't start off well coming off the bye vs the Ravens. They pretty much used to 1st half to get warmed up, before actually playing the 2nd half it seemed like. I'd like to get our players rested up and healthy, but don't want them coming out flat in a very winnable playoff game, esp on the road.
I think Josh should play until about half with 0 called runs. But most others should play normal

Do we have a better LB on roster? I think he has lost a step but who replaced him?

The more I conclude that the entire unit was exhausted because of their high level of play against some incredible competition over the last month and it was a short week with travel on both ends. I wouldn't worry about Zo or anyone else on the defensive side of the ball. They can rest up this week and get ready for the playoffs with their mind and body right. Sometimes ya just need a break.
I had not thought of the short week and the emotional high from Steelers wearing off.

Definitely the 1999 Rob Johnson game if we're talking about a situation in which the Bills had secured a playoff spot/seed and the outcome didn't matter. Although the outcome of that game ended up having pretty big ramifications.
I was at that game and multiple people around me were saying how Johnson looked like a real QB and how Flutie could not do what Johnson does- they skipped the part where Flutie was like 17-8 vs 1-4 with Johnson.

That cat had one of the greatest arms everI agree which is why he stuck around so long after showing he was not an effective starter.

How anyone is against getting Donald is beyond me. His contract right now is reasonable for the next 3 years and we would not have dead money issue if we had to cut him to save money since all signing bonus is paid by Rams. The big question is what will they be offered in return by another team- I doubt we are highest bidder but I would love him on our team.

I’m not going to get into it. A 20-consecutive-year span of excellence in a sport, era and league that begs for parity speaks for itself. If you’re going to get butt-hurt about it then that’s your problem.
I am not bothered by your thought- it is simply ignorant or extremely poorly explained. But why are you on this message board except to be a troll?

I do not think he threw the game, but he might not have used every play he could have to win. McDermott seems to me to be a guy who knows this team is still building towards something and might have spent some time yesterday figuring things out.

He's the greatest NFL coach of all-time and he also happens to cheat. He also has the greatest quarterback in history at his disposal.
Those three things have resulted in the single-greatest run in the history of professional sports in the United States.
Lance Armstrong actually has the greatest run in professional sports history, 7 times in a row along with all of his other wins is greater than 6 times in 19. Also I think the Yankees 26 titles is 74 years is more impressive, along with Celtics 11 in 15 blowing away the cheaters but why let facts get in way of loving a cheater?

Pretty easy to miss that. Your eyes can’t look in a hundred places at once
That is a weak take- it was a face mask on guy with ball- someone should be watching him

I have a co-worker who is really a Jets fan since her first American City was NYC and she is all in on Josh Allen. She thinks he is gonna be the man for a decade, so we have one person jumping on.

As much confidence as I had in Andy Dalton.
Anything is possible!
This was my basic thinking- but I have more in Miami and Fitz since the Miami coach was their staff last year and Fitz is known for being incredibly good for spurts- he went to Harvard ya know?

If you don't "get" the show, fine, however if not a Bills fan & you look at the last two weeks & 17 points & 290 yards passing, you too would not think much of Allen.....
How did Jackson do against our D? He will be MVP and he had about 60 total yards at half. Not giving credit to Steeler D is dumb.
-
Only watched until they said Jameis is better- at that point they are confusing entertaining for better. Allen is not great yet but he has been above average since week 4. But truly Dan Lebetard does not watch much football and his opinion is about as informed as mine is on soccer.

The cost is obviously huge but paying either guy 15 million a year for 4 or more years seem high and excessive. If either can be had for 3 years and 30 million then I am all in but both scare me as guys that once paid they will slack some.
-
No no no- this team plays best off normal rest. Maybe only play a half with Josh but everyone else is out there playing. Secondly I am taking my son to his first game and I want a rocking stadium.

This is an incredibly insightful comment, and one I have also considered over the past couple of seasons. It literally took a train wreck like Rex to wake the Pegulas up, but thankfully they did.
Unbelievably there are still some on this board who believe the Bills should have kept rolling with the roster of losers and "me first" players Whaley and Rex created.
This partnership showed the ownership you need a GM and coach who plan to go in the same direction. Whaley loved down linemen on D and Rex loved LB, Whaley loved quick nimble guys and Rex loved to bludgeon teams. Ownership had to know they could not work together.

Love this idea, anything that makes the game more like a college atmosphere and coordinates the fans.
For me there are two songs that jump to the top of my list...
AC/DC - Thunderstruck. Starts a little slower with some instrumental and a simple chant. Then really kicks it up about 90 seconds in.
Black Sabbath - Paranoid. The song opens with one of the best and most recognizable guitar riffs ever and then just is super high octane for 3 minutes.Have you been considering this a while? You came up with two good ones quick

My wife made me stop watching games live last year after watching them all live since we got married in 2001. After watching replay of Dolphin game last year I told her I was fully invested this year. She said I am like an addict- she is not wrong

Anything below a B is looking to blame him for what he can't control and not enough for what he can. Beasley has to catch that ball, he is not a fringe player, Allen must be able to trust to catch that every single time. The last TD drive was when that building was in a frenzy, right after Renegade played and he sucked the life out of the building. He was overall good against a great Defense.

It's okay. 2017 was the Red Rifle's time to be our savior. 2019 is to be the year of Fitzmagic. Week 17. The bearded gunslinger who went to Harvard and wears his wedding ring during games.
I think we need to find Fitz charity and all pledge to it if his win helps us win the division
