Ummm you must be new here. Tibs does not "make a case" or back-up any of his ridiculous assertions. He's a (paid) doofus who comes on the board (almost) daily to spout Russia! Russia! RUSSIA!, #OrangeManBad, and whatever DNC/Soros talking points come out that day.

Ignore him (literally). You will be happy you did.

Actually I disagree- I think Tibs is honest with his opinions and simply does feels that narratives are more important than facts. Tibs is highly entertaining when he is try my to be serious. Lastly ask Tibs direct questions and you get hilarious replies that are not vaguely related to topic.

I applaud you doing your patriotic duty providing the necessary paradoxical agitation propaganda required to antagonize as many Trump voters as possible to go vote this November. The fear of being told what to do by people who think like you do would be absolute Hell, not to mention extremely expensive. Keep up the good work. We all have to play our part and reelect Trump.?

I do not love Trump or think he is a great president but I am in absolute terror about what any of these progressives would do to my rights. We currently have mayor's and governors trying to suspending constitutional rights, I can only.imagine the future if they feel they have big support.

The number of Floridians who have died vs the number of NY people is not even comparable. FL has 4 times the elderly of NYC and yet you have multiple number of deaths from the elderly as we do.

On Tuesday, the U.S. Supreme Court is scheduled to hear one of the most consequential cases ever considered on executive privilege. Trump v. Vance concerns a subpoena issued by the Manhattan district attorney to President Trump’s accountants demanding the release of tax returns and other financial documents to a grand jury.

What is at stake is no less than the accountability of a president to the rule of law.

Mr. Trump claims that a president has “temporary absolute immunity,” meaning he cannot be criminally investigated while in office. Indeed, in oral argument before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in New York, his lawyers said that if the president were to shoot someone on Fifth Avenue, he could not be investigated or indicted until after he left office.

If the justices endorse this extreme view, they will make it impossible to hold this president, and all future presidents, answerable in courts for their actions.

Mr. Trump’s legal position contradicts clear Supreme Court precedent. In U.S. v. Nixon, a unanimous Supreme Court ordered President Richard Nixon to turn over Oval Office tapes subpoenaed by the Watergate special prosecutor, Archibald Cox. In Clinton v. Jones, a unanimous court held that a sitting president can be forced to testify in response to a subpoena in civil litigation. Taken together, these cases make it clear that the president is not immune from investigation, whether criminal or civil, while he is in office.

Mr. Trump’s claims of absolute immunity are even weaker than the assertions by Presidents Nixon and Bill Clinton. The subpoena was issued by a state, rather than a federal prosecutor. The 10th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution allows states a certain degree of autonomy in investigating and prosecuting crimes. Although grand jury proceedings are secret, Mr. Vance is probably also investigating whether the president’s company, the Trump Organization, falsely accounted for hush-money payments made in the run-up to the 2016 election to two women who claim they had affairs with Mr. Trump. To deny New York the right to exercise its “police powers” over serious financial crimes should give the court’s conservative justices pause.

How dare Trump be given the exact same power every president before him has been given- it is why we have impeachment. I would ask for an example of a president being charged criminally while president but I already know the response- I am stupid and you do not need to show me.

Friend of mine owns a small cartage/waste disposal business in Albany.  Also does excavating, submitted a bid on emergency cleanup of a spill of some sort in Amsterdam, NY.  $400k...took 14 months to get paid.  With the budgetary issues looming, businesses would be nuts to partner up with the state.

I generally like my state of Florida but I used to work in small business finance about 15 years ago and several of my clients then would get the absurd run around when time came to pay. They all worked in the construction business and would go 6 months without a word and then be told the hold up was an illegible signature or some other minutiae. I can only imagine what NY and Cali do.

I still am asking what the lie was? Accepting a plea is something people do all the time when they are promised certain concessions in order to not go to court. But I am asking what was his lie? I have read much about the malfeasance of the FBI and the memo stating they would force him to lie, but what was his particular lie? I only know one govt official who has any kind of possible knowledge and he said the "lie" was a trivial manner.

Google it dude. If that advise is good for me, it should be good for you, too.

Google tells me that Flynn had all charges dropped because no one believes he lied because the FBI knew before the interview no crime was committed by Flynn. So what am I misunderstanding?

This is a laughable homer piece. The Jets could very easily start the season 0-8 and even go 0-10 if they can't beat Pats at home or the Dolphins. They could be a 4 win team at most. Despite the wishful thinking here, the Bills will handily beat them twice.

The only reason I am not certain we win week one is that week ones can be weird and bad teams beat great teams.

Why do we care about the Jets game by game predictions?

I'm getting pretty tired of Jets focused posts on a Bills message board.  Maybe its just me.

I truly think it is from the mindset of the Bills being an afterthought for the NFL media for 20 years. We now are getting credit and the Jets writers are still acting as if Marrone is in charge

Yes, actually overturned an INT if I recall, Bengals/Browns game at Cleveland.

Early in the year they overturned several TDs on pass interference calls- I think one was against the Jets for us- but by week 3 the officials said screw this and shut down all calls unless they saw a knife

They're right.  If Darnold and Mosley both played (a full game), Jets would have won.

But it's a mute point, now.

I will state great teams find ways to wins against inferior talent when the better team has a down day. We found a way to win. If the team that has one offensive score is talking about the other team being lucky then forget them.

Non conference games is not the least important.  If you follow the tie breaker rule, it is the within conference games not common opponents that means the least.  Don’t take my word for it. Look it up.  The Titans and Steelers are the least 8mportant to break a tie breaker.  It’s a no brained as it is a fact.

We will not have any common  NFC opponents against anyone outside the AFCE. If the tiebreaker for the WC is outside our division the NFC games mean literally nothing.

In doing a quick Google search it appears there are 1.2 million elderly in NYC and almost 5 million in Florida but there are more elderly dying in NYC than the entirety of Florida.  I am glad I have Desantis and not Cuomo.

Can someone explain to me why starting with the NFC games in case the season is postponed makes any sense?

Is it just in case (for example) they can't play until November, so they need to cut 4 games at that point? Because to me planning for an October start makes the most sense.

Non conference games are least important to tie breakers. Therefore if two teams tie at 7-6 make sure you can compare as similar as possible schedules

RG3, Tannehill, and Cousins in addition to Wilson in 2012.  Even Foles would've been a decent option.  There were Jimmy G and Bridgewater in 2014.  Goff/Wentz/Prescott in 2016.

Who on that list is taking the 2011-2016 Bills to the playoffs? I think they all would have been marginally better than EJ. I have watched some of his games on rewind and his best games were his first two- Marrone did not help him and would not have helped any of these guys be special.

To me, the biggest question will be whether they still have the Refs in their pocket. If so, that's usually good for about 2 additional wins right there.

Honestly last year the glow from the refs faded down the stretch I think, I watched a bunch of the Titans playoff game and I saw several times where in the past they get the phantom call where the Pat's* did not.

  17. I am trying to show why they will be good but do not believe all this will happen:

    1) the Pat's still have elite DBs and a front seven that is good, therefore passing will be minimized and maybe Defense scores a few TDs to win games

2)BB is famous for specialized play calling for his team vs the other team, and Stidham does not have much tape.

    3) Stidham just needs to be functional in order for the offense to put up 13 pts which should win a few.

    4) they can win a game or two on special teams.

    5) BB is willing to cheat to win, and this year probably even more so than usual.

With all that said I expect a 7-9 year.
