I think this means no one has explained what that means to him. I know Trump was over sensitive at times but this is just being oblivious.

Biden fumbles pandemic cure
Orlando Buffalo replied to Over 29 years of fanhood's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
https://www.yahoo.com/gma/white-house-defends-bidens-handling-231738477.html Biden actually said no one predicted Omicron- which amazingly ABC news corrected him and stated EVERYONE knew another variant was coming. I am wondering if the media has decided that Biden is too screwed to save so give him all the baggage and let the rest of Dems survive. -

Showdown with Pats is a judgment day for Sean McDermott, Bills
Orlando Buffalo replied to HOUSE's topic in The Stadium Wall
I am not one for hyperbole but I have not wanted a regular season like I want this one since at least the 90's. To beat them in their house with just as much on the line for them as us would make my Christmas . -
I am surprised they are even hiding the reports since no one batted an eye when during the last renovation of the stadium the contract stated politicians were given a suite at taxpayer expense. No one left on NY seems to care.

It's Time to Mandate Vaccines
Orlando Buffalo replied to The Frankish Reich's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
The world has not changed much since the beginning of the pandemic the same people are in danger, older, obese, with heart or lung problems. The vaccine is showing little effect on Omicron, you simply are being told you are safe by the people who told you to lock down last year. I do truly hope you and your family enjoy your holidays together and I am glad you feel safe. -

So what is your opinion of black slave owners in the US? Or are they not worth your discussion? -
It's Time to Mandate Vaccines
Orlando Buffalo replied to The Frankish Reich's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Omicron is making more people sick quicker than anything before it by a pretty large margin regardless of vaxxed status, so if you were afraid last year you should be afraid this year if you are making decisions based on numbers or science, but you make sense if you make decisions politically -
At this point I truly think that the entire purpose of the committee is to stretch this out until just before the elections, possibly September, make vague lies about not being able to do their jobs do to obstruction, and then make more dishonest comments through the press that can't be proven wrong because there is not information.

Critical Race Theory
Orlando Buffalo replied to Trump_is_Mentally_fit's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
What stupidity it takes to act like slavery was mainly a racial act and not just evil. Generally the blacks that were taken from Africa were first made into slaves by other black tribes. Native Americans had slaves in the USA before the Europeans arrived. Not sure why you would also focus on the south when the North was cruel to blacks also. Slavery is evil and needs to be addressed as such, regardless of who did it. To make a child responsible for what their parents did is the act of truly damaged people. We already had this discussion and you have nothing to back you up except your lies. -

Well at least you aren't guaranteed to die like 99.9% of the unvaccinated! -

Highmark Stadium Difference Between 100 and 300 Level Seats
Orlando Buffalo replied to Irv's topic in The Stadium Wall
Part of difference is temperature- I have sat in upper deck when it was 40 and was more frozen than being in lower bowl during the Raiders playoff game in 94. When cold you want to huddle. -

The profile of those I know that ended in the hospital that I know is 60+ years old, with multiple comorbidities, which I think is pretty much across the board for most. My son has one friend who actually got Delta bad enough that he was given the monoclonal antibodies but he was fine 24 hours after that. -
Biden Confronts The Economic Crisis
Orlando Buffalo replied to Trump_is_Mentally_fit's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
The reason I replied at all is that I once had a coworker who always stopped working before his taxes hit the next tax bracket because he thought the next few dollars would cause his tax rate to jump for the whole of his income. Even though I explained it to him he did not believe me. 34's point is wrong even if he was right about taxable part. -
Nate Geary tweeting "Data suggests he is much more likely to have severe symptoms" is only correct if you are comparing him to other physically fit 30 year olds. If you are comparing him to 30 years at large it is not true, if you are comparing him to people in general it is very wrong. This is why believing conclusions drawn by the media from data is dangerous

Even if they are taxable since we have a marginal tax rate it would only effect the last little bit if your income. -
How to fix the reffing problem in the NFL
Orlando Buffalo replied to QB Bills's topic in The Stadium Wall
My two bugt changes- no more crews of geriatrics. They are too old to keep up on the field, let them do booth review part. Secondly put three officials in a booth to call the definite things, Offside, delay of game, facemask etc. The things that don't need discretion. Allow 4 officials on field to call only a few things but have a true standard. Too many things for any one person to handle. -
Since when can the booth reverse calls?
Orlando Buffalo replied to Mikie2times's topic in The Stadium Wall
It was being discussed tonight in LA- SEA game. Apparently they can only step in on topics that can be a coaches challenge, not blown calls on clear holding or PI. Tonight the officials basically ruled you can run into a reciever and grab his arms a full second before the ball gets there without looking for the ball -
It's Time to Mandate Vaccines
Orlando Buffalo replied to The Frankish Reich's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
My initial statement is true- What is wrong with you? I once again point out Cornell with 100% vaccine mandate with 10% getting it in two weeks and NY which is highly vaccinated but exploding with Covid. Show me where anyone can show less vaccination is less likely to get Omicron? I will take additional information but stop making your beliefs be more important than the data. -
It's Time to Mandate Vaccines
Orlando Buffalo replied to The Frankish Reich's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Not sure who you think you are arguing against but my quote is "I have read several doctors have stated that being vaccinated is of little use against omnicron." I linked to an article that showed data indicating that currently more vaccinated are getting Omicron but that was straight statistics. Once again all data is showing I am correct, if the vaccines were effective against Omicron then Cornell would not have 10% of it's campus get it in a two week span. Everything else you mention is understood- I am very pro vaccine for those over 50 but my 16 year old being told he should get it is stupid.
