There is no evidence available at this time to indicate that the vaccine is doing much to stop the spread. The concept of herd immunity is worthless with Covid since we hit it for adults at least 4 months ago in America between vaccines and those who were sick.

Scientists are using these antibody tests to learn more about the level of antibodies needed to protect people from COVID-19 (threshold of protection) and how long this protection lasts. The level of antibodies at this time is a limited measure of your ability to fight infection, maybe if we do a study we might find out that at certain levels your immune response is substantially better.
