this tweet from a Nikki supporter is hilarious and aimed at people who are part of the "do something" crowd. This guy in his second tweet lists 5 reasons for quick rise in our insurance and 3 of them are much worse in the 3 deep blue counties in the south. fraud, abuse and lawsuits are much worse in those counties compared to any other region in Florida. The 4th thing he mentions is higher real estate values, which is good for all of the people who have owned homes more than 5 years, so me and my entire neighborhood. As for the last reason, waste, who believes government will do a better job at efficiency? No one who gives this plan a thought will think she will improve things.

I received this today in my email, and it truly paints a picture of an incompetent FBI, police, and all levels of our government. Does anyone actually belief this? On January 6, 2021, domestic terrorists intent on minority rule staged an insurrection and attacked our nation’s capitol. They failed, but only barely. And if the revelations of the January 6 committee are any indication, they will -- unless held accountable -- try again. They will try again because they have been emboldened by portions of the Republican Party that refuses to even acknowledge that an insurrection took place. So it is to cover things we already know? We know who was involved, we know what happened, and we know how to prevent it. Next time we have a publicly announced rally with people on TV stating they want to invade the capitol we actually have more police present than usual. I just got back from a vacation with some extended family, one who works for the govt and has knowledge of what our intelligence believes, and it was mainly very encouraging. Our govt has sent more than they have truly publicized, but refused American troops at all points, which made me happy. The Ukrainians have actually done more damage to the Russian army than is being discussed on mainstream media. The problem is there is little in a way Putin can bow out and look like the "winner" so some are concerned about that. I will add the caveat that the info I was given was very general and my family member is rarely even in the room where the decisions are made but he is sometimes and what he shared is big picture nothing specific.

We will see what happens, but there is one major misdirection in this tweet, that they will close at that price and terms. Elon will pay them the billion before buying them for that price. I will make my prediction now based on the little I know- Elon buys Twitter for around 32 billion

I think where you and the experts disagree with me is that they think it will be difficult to back out due to the bot situation whether it is 5% or 20%. Twitter desperately does not want it to go to court because it will come out that Twitter has known that 20%+ of the accounts are bots and lied to their advertisers for years about it, I don't know much about the agreement they wrote but I understand how discovery works when suing in this kind of situation and discovery will be awful for Twitter. This is most likely going to end up with Elon buying Twitter for a much smaller sum and Twitter stating that they will revise some policies to help eliminate bots. I will state that I have two real people following me and at one point had 28 followers, I am this week down to 6 followers so Twitter has changed something

Unless it is direct fraud- in which case you as the seller know that your apples are more than 5% rotten and lie about it. That is what Twitter was doing. I also don't think Elon wants to cancel the deal outright, he simply wants to buy it for less. I will tell you that the experts you are believing are not people who understand that Twitter will be broken if Elon pays them a billion not to buy it, because it means that Twitter is mainly fake.
