I actually agree with you, I doubt many people are upset that DeSantis is firing a guy that stated he would not do his job. DeSantis is hoping to get pushback since he is doing an obviously correct thing.

This is a untrue statement for the vast majority of the country. Orange County FL gave high schoolers computers 8 years ago and middle schoolers them 5 years ago but only gave them to elementary kids because of Covid. No intelligent person believes more than 5% of elementary student would benefit from a computer based curriculum more than a personal one. If you believe tyour area was going that direction please let me know where you live

After the TB12 situation I wonder if there are now rules about doing business with a player run company. But if it is allowed, and I was the Bills, I would do it immediately and make it a contract one year longer than his current contract.

Technically that is illegal but unless the rule has changed if you make an agreement with a players company there is nothing wrong with that. Basically if Josh decides to start a supplement company and the Bills buy $20 million in vitamins starting in 3 years and continue to do so until he leaves then it is allowed. I doubt it could happen with a free agent but with a player who had been around years it could work.

I was unaware of this about signing bonus money but does explain why so many athletes live here in Orlando during the off-season, if you can get your 181 days of residency here then you save a lot of money. If your salary is minimally game checks then whatever city you play for is not nearly as important
