I stand corrected with the Katrina money, the stat I saw was broken down by area per storm, not storm overall. I will state that $50 billion is too much for Super Storm Sandy since insurance paid so much into the repairs but some of the money was certainly a proper usage of the government money.

As for the Super Storm Sandy vote- that was for over $50 billion while no other storm up to that point had ever gotten more than $20 billion in federal aid- why the huge jump? Per person effected it was more than twice as much as any other natural disaster.

I lived in WNY for 24 years and 21 in Orlando now- the sun vs shade is a larger difference than simply being used to the heat. When I go for run I have a route I follow that maximizes the shade due to it being a noticable amount cooler, especially when it is 90* out. The largest part of the winter advantage for Buffalo is the wind, not temperature, and we have the right QB to deal with the wind.

There a few levels I can see the doctor saying he does not have a concussion, all predicated on dolphin organization not sharing full info with doctor 1) not seeing video, that alone should have required he go into protocol and be done for day. 2) delay the exam for 15 minutes until he gets his wits about him 3) doctor being given a strict set of standards that the NFL and NFLPA agreed to, which Tua did not fulfill. @Tiberius do you have a working definition? The words themselves seem to apply to our founding fathers so I am for this idea unless it is like all these PAC that just take money and never give it where it is intended, intentionally the opposite of what it really means.
