As stated it is a rare occurrence but if the main witness is getting time off their conviction and has previously said the exact opposite, then yes it should be allowed to happen. If the grand jury does not push forward with the case I will be surprised because of how low the threshold is but if this whole can be toppled by a few simple questions than it should not go forward.

That shooting will not happen at my school, no student who required a daily pat down would still be going to my school. Some of these shootings are shocking, this one is predictable because of poor policy from the school

It is very large and usually you can get a seat. I watched Cinci playoff game there and got there an hour early and plenty of seats. I have never been to the Rochester one but I grew up 10 minutes from Eastview Mall so I know it's general location. There are a few good pizza places in Orlando just not like in Buffalo, where there is a good one every couple miles. Orlando has a ton of good restaurants but I live on western edge of Orange County and getting to them can be a pain and I am lazy

Florida is not good for Buffalo food, hot dogs, sausage, pizza, wings, or donuts. Seafood is superior as is the breadth of different foods, at least compared to Buffalo when I left. Within 3 miles I have good Indian, Cuban, Mexican, and now a NY beer project.

Disney food at the countries in EPCOT does not suck, along with all the fine dining options Disney has overall. I assume you stick with the cafeteria style, which is fine if your goal is a quick meal, but making that kind of statement is ignorant.
