  1. Local Aldi's the eggs were 4.50 all of last month and down to 3.99 this week, Trump is already having an effect.
  2. I feel like you think that Dept of Education is keeping the numbers from being worse, and I am curious if you say that from some point of observation or are you just venting?
  3. Your not in just the minority, you are in denial. The worst NBA starters would win 100% of the games. Top female athletes are not competitive with top male athletes and anyone who argued otherwise is stupid.
  4. I am not crying- you are the one complaining, seriously quite the projection.
  5. Oh wow you are doubling down, let me ask you a simple question, if you took the WNBA all stars and the 12 worst starters in the NBA, how many games would each team win out of a hundred?
  6. I would just like to ask the guys who voted for Lamar last year and this year why they did it- the standards are similar.
  7. No, I am happy for Josh and he deserves it but I want that SB swag.
  8. Seriously what is wrong with you liberals right now that you aren't pissed off that the government is spending all this money on other countries when we have no money for Western North Carolina, the California fires, and Hawaii fires? Frank did you see the numbers on Haiti- less than 5% made it to Haiti the rest got eaten up by DC, which is probably the same situation here.
  9. Dude please read what you just wrote and then try again. My schools girls team is much "better" than our boys team but when they practice together the boys wipe the floor with them. If you were to take the top 10k athletes at any sport or position 9500 would be dudes but not all dudes are built that way. I once played against Abby Wambach a long time ago, she whooped me but she could not play on the US national lens team.
  10. I just spent about 15 minutes going through October of 2021 posts and I am amazed by the intelligent people who believed the obvious lies at that point. The government was lying like crazy to make there bad choices look good. I had been back in school face to face for more than a year at that point and some people were still arguing that others should not be going out in public, truly insane stuff.
  11. This discussion seems to missing on one big topic, which is simply the officiating is abysmal. The fact that the officials were terrible in the Bears vs NE game does not matter because neither team was going anywhere but for every well officiating game I saw at least 3 poorly. The officials call what they expect more often than what they see and they really do it even more in the playoffs. They are terrible and the NFL is happy with it
  12. Analysis maybe, but how would politico have data any quicker about government than the government employees? Did you mean that Elon is worth 400 billion? I really am not sure your point but if you think a $20 billion is that big of deal for him I doubt it. His best play for long term $1 trillion is to make American successful and the government less powerful.
  13. I disagree, the Bloomberg terminal lets you see data that the common man can't find in real time. There is nothing in Pro that is special that the common man can't find, unless you want a political writers opinion.
  14. From what you are describing- not running high memory apps- any computer with 8 Ram should work for you. I still have a 4 ram computer that is good enough for what you are running but it gets laggy if I am doing much more about 5 windows. The last time I bought I had to pay a little extra to get the bloatware removed. I also have had luck getting refurbished computers from Dell, but you have to wait for sales which seems to be monthly.
  15. What tool is being removed that helps out government run better?
  16. The egg shortage started before Trump was in office, though I do appreciate how you think a real president can fix all the problems Biden caused in less than a month.
  17. USAID was formed by EO and is a line item on the congressional budget. Or are you so dumb you believe Congress discussed paying for Iraqi sesame Street? As for "top notch" people there, they will be absorbed by the State Dept
  18. Why is USAID subject to laws now when it has never been before? https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.cnn.com/cnn/2025/02/05/media/politico-usaid-subscription-government CNN is just trying to make sure they will be first in line for government funds when Trump is out of office
  19. If I remember correctly when the officials screwed the Saints the league admitted it was unacceptable and vowed to improve, but this time they are indicating that the problem is acceptable and they will continue this way.
  20. He was quoting the FBI agent who was fired, but you do you.
  21. It is not about the refs being full time, if there is one issue with the refs that is most likely causing the issue is the age. Too many of them are just unable to keep up with the pace of the game, especially with the amount of rules they are supposed to call
  22. Two points- you limit the amount of reviews by making it a situation where you can miss one review but ask for second which is wrong will end your ability to get a review along with loss of time outs. I do believe the officials are simply incompetent but at what point does the separation of impact between incompetent and conspiracy become irrelevant?
  23. The answer is we don't feel the product is up to the proper standards. The officials are unfortunately always going to be part of the game but there is no reason the biggest play of the AFC championship was a terrible call, especially when the officials went to review and still got it wrong. My decision not to watch was reinforced yesterday when the NFL whined about the conspiracy theory but presented no answer to improve the officiating. I was surprised today at work when several of my coworkers told me they weren't going to watch it either because they feel the Eagles will have to win by 14 to win by 3 on the scoreboard.
  24. I think there are now enough people like me that the NFL needs to respond. I don't think it is rigged I simply think the officials are incompetent. They call what they expect not what they see and they don't expect KC to make mistakes.
