The new rules laid down from the Dept of Education are insane when it comes to field trips. My wife and her dept have done a trip for the honors kids where the parents have to pay about $1000 so their child can go for a 5 day trip to Williamsburg VA. This trip has been done for the past 20 years and due to additional regulations what use to be $400 is now passing $1000 which is unfortunate but doable for almost everyone in our community. Now the "equity" rules make it so that they can't discriminate on child behavior, parents ability to pay, or academic standing. Literally they have to open it up to all students and have to build in the "expected" hardship amount which raises the cost to $1600 a child and they would literally be required to accept the students caught at school having sex this year, while making my wife liable for the students behavior. The trip was just cancelled due to equity rules, Dems must be thrilled that the future kids won't have the same opportunity that we had 10 years ago.

For those that remain it would be permanent occupation but they would have the right to leave into any country that would take them. I am not incensed, but the EPA clearly went far past it's mandate when it required coal companies to create a renewable energy division. The EPA seems to think they can create technology that does not exist by fiat. If you don't see the problem with the EPA doing that I can't help you, it would be like telling a surgeon they have to start doing mental health sessions.

I overall support Israel for several reasons: they were there first, literally thousand of years ago, they have won every war since being recreated so has the current claim also. As for how to deal with Hamas, any country that wants to bring them to their I would tell them they have 3 months to come get them because far too many of them clearly think the eradication of Jews is ideal. The rub for Israel is they have two choices at this point: either live the permanent daily threat that is Hamas or they take over those areas and don't allow Hamas to exist. There is no two state solution that works when one side wants the other eradicated.

To comment this way you must believe that solar and wind energy is currently ready to be the entire source of energy for our country and believe that the EPA has not gone clearly past it's mandate. It took elway 15 years to win his first and he played in a league that was much tougher on QBs. We have a strong possibility of Josh being great for 10 more years, possibly more, and he has only been good for 3 full seasons, let's not pretend that in 2019 he was a top 5 QB.

I actually don't mind shotgun at the 1 with a couple of caveats: 1) we spread them out and make it impossible to just stuff everyone inside 2) if they stuff everyone inside we have a play for a quick throw to whoever is gonna be open. But a shotgun play where we simply have a slow hitter to the middle is dumb.
