  1. Maybe Peterman would have been successful here if we didn't have DiMarco intentionally sabotaging Peterman's career with tipped passes. Peterman never recovered from that setback.
  2. It is something they have been doing all year. I believe it is a way to avoid the divisiveness and to protect those who do not want to stand.
  3. What poor soul are they releasing to make room for young Jake?
  4. I can buy this. If Tyreek was serious he would be choking out the coach, right?
  5. Haha. Fair enough. Just saw one rerun. Enjoyed the movie far more.
  6. Which was based on an 80s' TV show. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Equalizer
  7. By next game I mean the divisional game unless you are thinking the game might be cancelled due to COVID?
  8. Has Cuomo approved fans at the next game? Didn't think that was certain yet.
  9. Are Jim Nantz and Tony Romo not sitting in same booth together? The split screen I just saw makes it seem like they are not near each other. Saw the same thing with the NBC broadcast last night.
  10. Why would they pick Lawrence when they have "Top AFC East QB" Sam Darnold?
  11. Might have a decent shot if there is a three-way tie with Pittsburgh?
  12. Maybe all the defensive experts among Bills fans finally are realizing the value of Star.
  13. I don't object to most of his restrictions, but it's hard for me to say he did a good job when we are #1 in total COVID state deaths and #2 in per capita deaths. He also railed against quarantines of New Yorkers, who spread much of the disease to the rest of the nation, only to enforce strict quarantines now.
  14. Remember when he purposely caused that interception that permanently ruined Peterman's career?
  15. I think he is saying that year to date more children have died from the flu than COVID. I suspect this is true, but am willing to be proven wrong. It certainly is deadlier than the flu overall. I see this on children under 14: "Recent CDC data shows a total of six confirmed COVID-19 deaths of children under the age of 14. And as the virus spreads further we'll most likely see more." https://www.babycenter.com/0_coronavirus-update-covid-19-infections-in-children-less-seve_40006924.bc And this on typical flu deaths for children: Even though the reported number of deaths during the 2017-2018 flu season was 187, CDC’s mathematical models that account for the underreporting of flu-related deaths in children estimate the actual number was closer to 600. https://www.cdc.gov/flu/highrisk/children.htm
  16. Kaepernick said he was doing it because he didn't have pride in his country because of how the country oppresses people of color. I understand why he feels that way. But I don't know why it's so hard to see that some people who do have pride in their country are hurt by that. The anthem used to be about national unity. Now it has become yet another culture war battlefield. Seems unfortunate to me. I also think Kaepernick is getting too much credit for the change in the national mood. The mood would have changed without him kneeling.
  17. I figured Brown and Glab would share hosting duties with Brown generally handling more shows. Task would remain the co-host.
  18. Sounds like it was mutual, but he mentioned wanting to have more time with his family, including his grandson.
  19. That's because it has not spread as much as the flu yet. The death rate is far higher.
  20. First he loses the quadruplets. Now his mother just died in a car accident. https://twitter.com/JeremyWGR/status/1220765024291082241
