Complete team failure. Laughable anyone thought they were going to come out and play for Rex. There's no accountability. They're all just sitting back and laughing their way to the bank.

I'm not saying it's excusable or that a better defense might not perform better, but to not recognize how an inept offense affects the defense is just not understanding how the two play off each other. I played on a great defense in college with a subpar offense. Eventually it gives. Not saying the Bills are a great D, but I understand how the uninspiring play of the O affects them.

We need continuity guys. Don't fire underachieving... Reward it. Thad how the good teams succeed.

I'm expecting the same narrative based on what we've seen so far with all the people who don't understand how a defense can't stop the run. Yo, it is EXHAUSTING to play defense. When your O goes 3 and out constantly, it is physically debilatating and mentally discouraging.

Speaking of his coaches who suck, have you guys read collision low crossers? It's amazing that the Bills organization pays Weeks to be a "coach". Same for Rob Ryan. Rex just plainly stealing money from the Bills. Many qualified coaches out there would kill for NFL jobs.

Well... With all due respect you don't have a clue what would have happened with someone else, but I respect your conjecture. I'm of the opinion that the team really loved Schwartz and would have rallied around him as a HC. Thought it was quite telling how his guys carried him off the field in Detroit. Of course, whether or not we still would have got Tyrod or another QB, a competent NFL o coordinator, and all those other things are question marks. What we do know is what did happen, which is that the Pegulas wanted to make a big splash with their first hire, got sold a bill of goods about "attitude" by Rex Ryan, and made that hire instead of rewarding Schwartz's success with a promotion from within. Instead, they got their big name, and he promptly took a top five 4-3 defense and drove it into the toilet in an effort to make it fit his "genius" defensive scheme. Please fire Rex now.

Really not sure what you've been watching to say Gilmore has been solid this year. He's been incredibly soft and nowhere near the level he's played earlier in his career. He doesn't deserve the big contract. We'd be fools to pay it. Like we were with Dareus.
