I mean, I think what we are seeing is kind of who is going to be for his entire career.
Maybe an uptick here or there on receptions, but otherwise just a high level blocker who can sneak out and catch a ball every now and then.
To dismiss Brady as an internal hire as if he was just some position coach lingering around for years is wrong. He was clearly hired onto the staff with expectations of greater responsibilities, and was regarded as a talented young offensive mind.
I’m fine with Cam on the roster as a special teams and depth guy, but I totally agree with his limitations. Maybe a blessing in disguise that Ingram got claimed as I would put him in the same category- and probably worse.
You do realize that most crucial plays usually involve the most minor details happening at the right time? An o-lineman gets his head on the wrong side of a block, defenders mix up a coverage, etc etc. Your “luck” happens virtually all the time.
The home/away thing is so over rated for most teams. I don't think any of the Bills problems they have had can be attributed to having been on the road. And vice versa
I feel like Nance has really lost a step. His great voice and delivery make it less noticeable, and I know he’s not an analyst, but he seems to be struggling with getting into rhythm. Some awkward silences and not much awareness of what’s going on.
Shakir got run over on their last play. That USED to be probably the most common PI call. Now they all seem to be various interpretations of what hand fighting is/isn’t allowed
