You have to motivate voters. GOP can do that by saying immigrants are eating cats. Dems can't do that. If there was one lesson from this election it was that voters hate inflation. That was the issue, but how do you campaign on that? Harris tried doing what Truman did in 1948, blames Wall Street and corportations, but there was no there there.
