  1. Which president said made this incredibly ignorant statement? “Tariffs don’t cause inflation. They cause success,” the president said. 1) Biden 2) Trump
  2. Will there be a constitutional crisis very soon? Think there will be elections in Nov 2026? True ***** President Donald Trump on Friday dramatically expanded his global trade war, confirming that he will impose tariffs on Canada, Mexico and China on Saturday and announcing plans for additional import taxes on European goods, semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, steel, aluminum, copper, and oil and gas. The comprehensive roster of products that may soon become noticeably more expensive for American consumers and businesses runs from industrial metals and commodities to wine, beer, lumber and medicine. Speaking in the Oval Office, the president denied that his enthusiasm for tariffs represented a negotiating device or that he was seeking specific concessions from other countries. He repeated his familiar complaints that China, Canada and Mexico are responsible for a flood of fentanyl into the United States, which he said was killing “hundreds of thousands” of Americans each year.
  3. Would you raid the meat packing plants to get rid of the illegal workers there? And Trump is probably just insane. This move has no basis in reality, unless you are Tommy Callihan or aibundy or something. This is bad, he is deliberately hurting our economy. Why? What is the goal here?
  4. ****** Obviously the MAGA talking points have not been handed out yet so MAGA posters don't know what to say? Huh? My guess, just Trump wanting attention. He will claim victory for something then go threaten kittens next and the news media will be thrilled Just STFU
  5. What is the point of the tariffs? What is he trying to accomplish?
  6. This is just pure stupidity. Sending Canada into recession benefits who exactly? Is Trump fit? https://www.washingtonpost.com/?reload=true&_=1738357275011 In an apparent ending to weeks of intense speculation, the White House confirmed Friday that President Donald Trump will be leveling aggressive tariffs this weekend on major U.S. trading partners. Karoline Leavitt, the White House press secretary, said Trump will be implementing 25% tariffs on Mexico and Canada as well as a 10% duty on China, in retaliation for “the illegal fentanyl that they have sourced and allowed to distribute into our country.”
  7. Because nothing matters, right? This is disgusting behavior, just shameful, therefore MAGA loves it Ok, I'm out. Off on some big adventures today, have a good one!!!
  8. This guy is just such a douche. Iran has threatened Milley and they take away his protection and stir up the MAGA scum against this man. This is what Nazis do. This is blatant thugism Let's face it, this incredibly unqualified person is being sent to settle scores, not improve our military. Small men https://www.washingtonpost.com/national-security/2025/01/28/mark-milley-hegseth-trump/ Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth has decided to remove retired Gen. Mark A. Milley’s security detail, suspend his security clearance, and order an inspector general inquiry into his behavior as the Pentagon’s top officer, senior defense officials said Tuesday, taking extraordinary action against a frequent target of President Donald Trump. Sign up for Fact Checker, our weekly review of what's true, false or in-between in politics. The move comes after years of Trump criticizing Milley for perceived disloyalty and Milley acknowledging in congressional testimony that he had served as a source for several unflattering books about the first Trump administration. Milley, 66, retired in 2023 after four tumultuous years as chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff under both Trump and P Hegseth’s plan, first reported by Fox News, is part of the new defense secretary’s effort to reestablish “warfighter culture” in the Pentagon, one senior defense official said, speaking on the condition of anonymity to avoid backlash. The official portrayed Milley as a political operator while in the chairman role and said there is a desire to “take a star” from him, meaning administration officials want to see Milley demoted in retirement. Sen. Jack Reed (Rhode Island), the Senate Armed Services Committee’s top Democrat, decried the actions against Milley, noting specifically the concerns about Iran. “General Milley and other former Trump Administration officials continue to face credible, deadly threats from Iran because they carried out President Trump’s order to kill Iranian General Soleimani,” Reed said in a statement released by his office Tuesday. “It is unconscionable and recklessly negligent for President Trump and Secretary Hegseth to revoke General Milley’s security detail for their own political satisfaction. The Administration has placed Milley and his family in grave danger, and they have an obligation to immediately restore his federal protection.”
  9. Rut row rel-roy 1.2% chance of hitting earth? Yikes! https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2025/01/29/newly-discovered-christmas-asteroid-collide-with-earth/ An asteroid the width of a full-size football pitch could hit Earth in seven years, astronomers have warned. A space rock between 40 and 100 metres wide was spotted on Christmas Day by a telescope in Chile, in South America, which specialises in identifying objects in space that could collide with our planet. Analysis of the rock and its flight revealed it is moving away from Earth at around 38,000mph but its orbit will bring it into close proximity around Christmas 2032. Official estimates state there is around a 1.2 per cent chance of the asteroid, codenamed 2024 YR4, hitting Earth at 5.25am on Wednesday, Dec 22 2032. It is believed to be the highest risk of an asteroid collision ever recorded by the European Space Agency (ESA) and the Christmas asteroid was placed immediately atop the official “asteroid risk list”. 10. Was he flying drunk? The guy is a disaster! Glug, glug, glug, hey, let's go fly a Blackhawk! What could go wrong?
  11. It's sad the way our political culture works, isn't it? Like Biden getting blamed for inflation, now Trump has drunk Pete Hegseth and his party copters flying around wasted and killing people @Irv What a mess!
  12. Way too difficult to navigate all the federal, state, county, city and town environmental, zoning and other codes, laws and rules that prevent people from building in America. This is not to mention all the private citizens who's land would be affected. Ya, almost totally impossible to do in any reasonably inexpensive way. The infrastructure necessary for even a regular train is enormous and bullet trains are even worse. These flying taxis use the air mostly as infrastructure. Just way less headache getting these things going. Of course there will be accidents and that will scare people, but cars, trains and ships have accidents too.
  13. Old Joe Biden is waiting out there to get me! Lol Thanks, but aside from profits, its just a cool thing. There might be a landing pad in North Buffalo, drive to it, and get whisked to airport in 7 minutes or less. I bet the sky will be filled with these things ten years from now
  14. I give the ***** Son of a B word credit for this. You watch, five years from now this things will be everywhere.
  15. Don't recall Old Joe performing oral sex on microphones four years ago
  16. Nope, its the guy who was pretending to do a BJ with the microphone. Trump is half way gone. 25th Amendment soon President Vance That's when it was beyond doubt
  17. Yes, he lost his mind. You know who is next?
